So here's some stuff I encourage adding to your script: your name, age, birthday, gender, sexuality, zodiac sign, mbti, relationships with people (you're not forcing it, ok), backstory, skills, personality (if you wanna change it, or something abt it), weight/ height, your safeword & switchword, body type, appearance, nicknames, catch phrase(s), your room, a few scenarios, etc.
You don't need to put as much stuff, i just enjoy scripting so i like being specific <3
Here's a script template (i have quite a few scripts so this is just how i like to do it, you can change the order of stuff, etc):

So, ideas to add to your script:
• you can't d!3
• when you leave your DR, time stops (I've heard that it isn't possible, but i doubt it)
• high tolerance to pain
• no hair in unwanted areas
• no allergies
• you smell like ___.
• desired body & voice
•!! that you can remember your OR there, and when you aren't in your DR, you'll remember everything that happened, etc!!
• most people respect your pronouns (not all people bc if anyone disrespects you, you can kick their ass 😍😍) if you don't wanna deal with that just script that people respect your pronouns
• little to no h0m0ph0bi@, r@cism etc (also so that if someone acts in such a way, you'll kick their ass 😘) if you also don't wanna deal with that, script that there's no such thing as h0m0ph0bi@, etc
• that you can dance/ sing/ play instruments
• good hygiene
• that you can be intimidating
• pretty crier/ sleeper
• gorilla grip 😀
• can't get lost
• no double chin
• you can sleep in your DR without un-shifting
• you're smart (good grades, good at strategies, etc)
• you can't forget your safeword & switchword
• that you won't get too attached to your DR 😩😩
• you only leave your DR when you say your safeword (or switchword) and want to leave
• good at insults/ comebacks
• you won't get tr@um@ 💅
• you'll be able to use your DR skills in your OR/ remember your DR skills
• that there's different background music for every situation, but no-one really notices it 🛐🛐
• that if you forget to script something, your subconscious will remember it and it'll already be added to your DR
• that when you arrive there, your eyes will open automatically
• in your OR ___ (insert time period, like 1 hour) = ___ (insert time period, like 5 days) in your DR
• people you love won't d!3 😃
NSFW ideas:

I'll probably make a template for specific places to shift to, so yeah
So, the Lifa-App is an app which doesn't exist in your OR, but it does in your DRs; it has options to change the weather/ time of your DR, edit your script, see the time in both your DR and OR, etc. If you don't have technology in your DR, you can script that it'll be in a book, scroll, or whatever you'd like!
"Clones" are a touchy subject, but it's quite simple, so i encourage you not to overthink it too much, bc it really isn't much! So, "clones" are basically what you "leave behind" when you shift somewhere; they're like a subconscious you leave behind, but basically from another reality!
Idrk if you can make your clone do stuff for you since you're them, but i recommend making a to-do list, so maybe it'll be more likely for stuff to get done lol.
