"For sure." Andre's got a concentrated look on his features, but slowly turns to step off the porch anyway.

"We can continue this later, y'all obviously have something to do." Darius says after Andre disappears around the bend of the sidewalk that leads to the driveway. He crosses his arms over his chest and shoulders his way out of the door.

Sameer watches him slip past Andre, who cranes his neck to follow him as he gets back into Neymar's car. "UGH!"

💦💦💦💦💦

Ugh. The most grueling part about her weird war dream is that it strikes whenever it feels like it. Sometimes it'll happen if she's asleep, sometimes the vision will bombard her during a second of daydreaming. Imani spits out her toothpaste and then follows it up with mouthwash. Obviously the dream is connected to her newfound magical abilities, but how? Not that Imani has been on a battlefield before, she's one hundred percent sure that they don't use swords anymore.

If it's a vision of the past, then how and why is she seeing it? And why is it always so real? Imani pads from her bathroom and back into the main area of her extremely tidy half of her dorm room. Her roommate's half never has the same treatment as hers does. There's a visible line between their sides that Imani may or may not make happen on purpose. Thankfully, if they were to split their room down the middle, Imani's side would be the one with the bathroom--and she has fully taken it upon herself to keep it spic and span.

She finds her glasses on her desk that doubles as a nightstand, sliding them onto her face before grabbing her transformation pen off of the top of a lore book that Luna gave her to read over. The body of the pen is blue, while the cap seems made out of real gold, an oval shaped topper with the planetary symbol of mercury engraved on it. As she turns the pen over in her hands, she feels that power coming from it. It surrounds her with the refreshing joy of jumping into the pool and just enjoying the water. Or the freshness of a nice shower or bath.

More importantly, it reminds her of Sameer, Andre and Clarence. Though they were a group of people that would never likely hang out had it not been for their newfound powers, she notes how efficiently they fought last night, handling both of their opponents at the same time with no previous training together. Sure, activating their transformations improved their reflexes and physical strength, but even then, it felt like they'd done this before.

Imani climbs into her bed to grab her now ringing phone before the tone wakes up her roommate. She quickly answers with a quiet 'hold on' before pocketing her pen and her keys and going to stand in the hallway. "Hey dad!"

"Hey, good morning, Imani! This is Stephanie, I'm your father's girlfriend!" She sounds extra nice. "I was just calling really quickly because I wanted to know when a good time to meet would be! Your father and I were planning on getting engaged soon so I wanted to meet with all of his kids at some point so we could really establish some kind of relationship!" Imani then hears shuffling in the background, a 'what are you doing, give that here!' and then her father's familiar, hearty voice getting closer to the phone as he laughs. There's a shift, and then she's laughing too, and then he answers. "Hey Imani, sorry about that. I'm not going to lie to you, I had one too many mimosas this morning."

Imani is still trying to figure out who Stephanie is and why she thought it was a good idea to call her from her father's phone? This little 'surprise' is causing Imani to really start analyzing, because if this woman had his phone, they must have been in cahoots with one another for a long enough time to build that standard amount of trust. However, her parents' divorced was just finalized a couple of weeks ago. Something is not adding up. "Who was that?"
