"really!?" i say while everyone smiles and claps 

"yeah good job hayden" billy says

"and what does this have to do with me?" jules says next to me

"theres one extra spot on the cheer team if you want it, it's all yours" billy says

"you totally should, maybe at least think about it" i say turning to jules

"maybe" jules says shrugging her shoulders

"shall we" katie says

"yes" tisha says and everyone eats

after dinner in the living room 

"i think i wanna do it" jules says all of a sudden 

we were watching soul in the living room what i mean by 'we' is me, jules, jimmy, and hayley

"what do you mean?" i ask 

"like i think that i wanna join the cheer team, i mean kenzie and jayden are on it and i used to do gymnastics so." 

"well thats great! hopefully ill get to see you at my game" i say wriggling my eyebrows

jules rolls her eyes "hopefully not" she says in a playful tone

"whatever"

haydens pov

wow its been 2 months i've honestly haven't gotten with many girls, i don't know but i feel this thing with jules we see each other like every day 24/7. let me catch you guys up johnny and kenzie are still dating, carson is single as a fucking pringle, and jayden and armani are dating, matt and brooke are dating but we only talk during lunch. honestly throughout these two months i've really started to like jules not like as friends but maybe as more idk.  jules is on the cheer team and im honestly really happy for her, and im still the captain of the football team. we have a game on friday and the other team is trash so we're probably going to win anyways 

ok a few hours later right before the game

jules pov

"heyy girls" kenzie says as she walks into the locker room to finish the last touches of her makeup

"hiii queen" jayden says

i just laugh next to them 

"hey besties" i say 

"yessss bitches we got this" she says

"obvi the boys are playing against like the worst team" jayden says rolling her eyes

"well duh im surprised that they even made it up to here" kenzie says

"i mean if were talking common sense this is the first game out of the first season so anyone can play" i say 

"jules with her brain what would we do without you" kenzie says

"whatever lets go out" i say

we go out and spot the boys then i sit down on the bleachers with the rest of the cheer team. then all of a sudden olivia from the opposing cheer team comes up to me

"hi im olivia and your jules right? the one thats dating hayden summerall?" she asks

"one if you knew who i was why'd you ask two were not dating" i say

"whatever can i talk to you" she glances at kenzie and jayden who were death glaring her

"alone" she says rolling her eyes

i glance at kenzie and jayden 

"fine" i say

we walk over to the bottom of the bleachers

"what do you want" i say

"wow thanks for being so nice i just wanted to let you know that when hayden fucked me yesterday he told me he was just using me for clout. you know like football and stuff" she gives me the fakest smile and walks away flipping her hair

i gulp and walk over to the girls over these two months i've really started to have feelings for hayden. i plaster a fake smile on my face and sit down 

"omg what happened" kenzie says

"spill" jayden says

"its nothing" i say

"gurl its not nothing" kenzie says

"no seriously" i say and they both give me a i-dont-believe-you look

"fine" they say at the same time and the game starts
