A/N these are one shots NOT a fanfic and I've never published anything before so there might be grammar mistakes but anyway, enjoy!!!
Klaus was cold to everyone that was common knowledge but you thought that you had earned the right to say that you were an exception to the rule, when you first met that was what it seemed and you were willing to believe it back then but recently he acted as if you weren't even in a relationship and you were starting to question if you really were, there was so much that you knew that most people didn't it was clear that he trusted you but what wasn't clear were how deep the feeling went.
You found yourself trying to wait up for him but always ending up falling asleep because he was out drinking and you saw the way that he was with Camille that was what you used to be and it was all clear, everything pointed to you having to end the relationship and you didn't want to do that through the text of the letter, you wanted to talk to him but he was never around for you to have a real conversation with, he was always too busy making sure that everyone else was comfortable and that it daughter was safe and you were angry at that, you were happier that she didn't receive the same treatment that you had.
All this meant that you needed to do something that would make a statement and that leads to now, you were packing a bag to leave, your original plan was to pack a bag and leave, you weren't going to tell anyone where you were going of when you were leaving but that all went out the window when Hayley saw you packing and asked Elijah about it who then asked Klaus, who came directly to you. "What are you doing (Y/N)?" Klaus asked and it seemed innocent enough.
"I leave for a few days." You answered.
"Why?" He asked.
"Klaus... Really?" You asked turning to look at him. "Klaus this is the first time that you've spoken to me properly since you found out that you had a daughter and Hayley is almost 3 months pregnant now."
"I've been busy," Klaus answered.
"Maybe you shouldn't be in a relationship then." You said and it sounded harsher than you meant it.
"I want one." He answered.
"Well then maybe it's me." You suggested, "I've seen you with Cami."
"Nothing is going on between us." Klaus denied quickly.
"I'm not saying that there is... If there was I wouldn't be angry." You explained softly still smiling but the tears were gathering in your eyes. "If she makes you happy why are you wasting your time with me?"
"You make me happy." He insisted and you shook your head a soft smile still on your face even as the tears fell down your face and you tried to walk past him with your bag but he did someone you never thought that you would see Klaus Mikaelson ever do, he dropped to his knees wrapping his arms around your waist and resting his head on your stomach.
"Please... Please don't leave me to." He begged and despite your better judgment, you dropped to the floor in front of him moving his face to look up at you.
"I don't want to leave you, I love you but you only think that you love me." You said softly.
"No, I love you." Klaus denied and you closed your eyes gathering your strength before looking back at him "3 days."
"What?" He asked.
"I'll go for 3 days and if you feel the same way when I come back, then we can work this out." You promised before standing up this time he didn't try to stop you and you left, looking back once to find him standing on the balcony watching you leave, tears rolling down his cheeks.
This was where you learned the truth.
It was supposed to be 3 days. You wanna know how long you had gone without being kidnapped 1 hour, you were sitting tied to chair blood dripping down the side of your head as you looked up at the witches. "What do you want?" You asked.
"We want the child." She answered and you rolled your eyes.
"I don't have it, you got the wrong girl." You explained and she smiled.
"We know that you don't have it but he cares far more for you." The woman sneered and you frowned.
"Klaus?" You asked and she only nodded. "No, I was leaving when you grabbed me."
"I know but that doesn't mean that he wanted you to." The woman reasoned and you nodded understanding her point of view.
"Alright, you got me there." You mumbled. "That was what we were trying to work out. you got a 50% chance that he'll walk through that door." You mumbled.
"The other 50%?" She asked.
"He'll bust through it." You answered smirking.
"Both are what we want." She shrugged.
"Yeah but one of them ensures your death." You shrugged which caused your wrists to hurt because of the movement of your arms.
"She has always been good at predicting my movements," Klaus smirked from the door.
"Klaus Mikaelson." The woman finally said and he rolled his eyes pushing off the door frame and walking towards her before anyone could predict what he was going to do he stuck his hand into her chest and pulled out her heart. Klaus walked over to you and bent down breaking the ropes around your wrists and gently stroking your hair out of your face to see the wound on your head.
"Are you alright love?" He asked his hand resting on your cheek as his thumb gently caressed it.
"Yeah, I think so." You answered nodding and at that moment you realized that you didn't want to leave him, not yet, you wanted for him to come after you and he did, he saved you, you leaned forward capturing his lips with yours you felt his take in a deep breath in surprise.
"I thought you wanted 3 days," Klaus smirked.
"I do." You nodded, "with you in a room, with some movies."
"Anything for you." He smiled softly kissing the top of your head, you moved to stand up but your legs buckled, Klaus caught you lifting you into his arms. "I got you." He mumbled and his embrace felt warm.
