I was visiting Malate, and I was watching Television. When I turned on the TV, a reporter was saying things about how they found a fetus on the side road. I didn't get to watch everything, so I searched it up online. After reading the online article about it, I was inspired to make a poem about Abortion, so here it goes.
Left in the Spot
You were cloned.
There were many of you.
Too many to count,
Too many to remember.
We were inseparable,
But you were trapped.
Trapped in despair.
You couldn't take it.
You thought it was too much,
So you shouted in pain.
Bringing out your deadliest weapon,
to battle the shock inside you.
You were my lover,
And you were my knight.
You turned my light on,
When my world was dark.
But you left me.
Alone after the battle,
You gave up,
And cried your final call.
You let go of my hand,
After your Euthanasia,
And never held it again.
Then everything went dark,
and you were gone forever.
