Callie walks in to her room followed by Tony

Tony glances around the room as Callie grabs files and boxes from beside her bed

CALLIE
I need to tell you something...

TONY
Okay?

CALLIE
But I need this to stay between us..promise?

TONY
Yeah..yeah totally

Callie takes a deep breath as she hands him a file

CALLIE
Kathleen hired me as her lawyer...she's potentially involved in a murder..I guess or at least the helping of a man dissaparing

Tony takes the files as he flips one open

CALLIE
She trusts me...but I don't know if I trust myself to win...it looks bad

TONY
(Sighs)
So what do you want from me?

CALLIE
A second opinion...someone to tell me if I should even be doing this

TONY
It's a big case, and your first one

CALLIE
I know, but if I do this and I lose..and she did help kill someone-

TONY

Callie nods lightly

TONY
Well..I guess I can look it over

CALLIE
Thanks...she needs a definite answer by this weekend

TONY
Yeah, I get back to you..but also you should know that you are more than capable of doing this Callie

Callie smiles lightly

Seriously, you killed it when you went head to head with Jamie and you figured out the whole time stamp thing...even if you lost this case You're still an amazing lawyer

Callie chuckles lightly

CALLIE

INT. MALIKAS LOFT

Malika turns in her bed as she stares at her phone flipping through photos of her and Isaac, she stops on one as she sigjs and puts her phone down as she hears a knock at the door

MALIKA
Come in

She sits up as Alice walks in with her hands cuped together

ALICE
Hold out your hands and close your eyes

MALIKA
Mhm..absolutely not

ALICE
Please, trust me

Malika sighs as she does what Alice told her to

Alice chuckles quietly as she holds her hands above Malika transferring somthing to her hands

MALIKA
(Eyes close)
What is that! What is that ! Alice!

ALICE
Shh you're scaring it!

Malika opens her eyes quickly and looks down at her hands and gasps at a tiny baby duck in her hands

MALIKA
Alice why is there a duck in my hands

ALICE
I may have bought it

Malika chuckles as she pets the ducks softly

MALIKA
Alice, why did you buy a duck?

I got lost earlier on my way home and saw a house with a box on its porch saying free ducks
