01 - His Confession

{3rd POV}

Guilt fills Sunny's mind as he wakes up laying on a bed at the hospital. He remembers the fight he had with Basil and all the trauma he had pushed to the back of his mind.

Tears fall down his cheek.

Getting up, Sunny walks out of the room looking for Basil and his friends. Led to a hallway where the shadow of Basil that haunts him and what seems like his friends from the dream world stand.

Both groups look at Sunny then walk in different directions. Sunny was tempted to tell his "friends" to come back, but he wanted to confront the truth and tell everyone what they deserve to know.

He takes the path that Basil's shadow went.

The shadow leads him to a different hospital room. As he opens the door Sunny sees his friends Hero, Kel and Aubrey with Basil who was hospitalized in the bed.

They all look at him in relief that he is okay, but also with worry. "Is it all right for you to be out of bed and here right now?" Kel asks. He was worried that Sunny would just collapse, seeing sunny as a fragile little brother that he had to protect .

"Hey, Sun-"

Right then and there, tears came out of Sunny's (one and only) eye. Nonstop, it dripped from his face onto the floor. Sunny suppressed his emotions for so long, everything he was holding in just bursted out. It was like someone turned on the faucet to his tears. This action worried everyone else in the room very much cause never in the time they spent with Sunny have they seen him cry to such an extent.

"I-I'm sorry..." Sunny manages to get out from all of the silent tears.

"I have something to tell you."
