Utopia is the land of the prosperous, and there are reason why it is named that way. With it's rich land, materials and sources there is nothing that you can't possibly get. But if there's one thing that this land lack, it would be strength.
And that is where Absolute Project came in to play. A project that was created a century ago to remodel a human being to become a walking talking military machine. This people would mold, would train, would keep on remodel to achieve the goal on making the most appropriate tool to be used. That is their job and they're good at it.
From the Assassination Troop(AST) that has master the art of stealth, to the Scout(S) that is the largest unit in the project who has master the art of combat, to the Intelligent Department(ID) who has a brain of science and the hands of technology and last but not least the Undercover Operation(UCO) that are very loyal even to their last breath.
But don't get it wrong, not just anybody can be the chosen one.
