A Highschool Secret

Chapter 1

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

"Ya, ya I'm getting up," Lisa said wearily as she threw the covers off of her and stood up.

"Another day of pure hell. Wonder what idiotic thing she will come up with today." She sighed to herself and started digging in her pile of clothes to find something clean to wear.

"Lisa, hurry up or your going to be late!"

"Ok! Thanks Mom!"

"Alrighty let's see here. Ah, this looks good and smells clean." she pulled out, and sniffed a black Trans-Siberian Orchestra shirt, and blue basketball shorts. She quickly dressed herself and ran downstairs.

"Bye Mom!" She yelled as she ran out the door, and off to school running as fast as she can so she won't be late.

She walked onto Sherman High's campus only to be met by Kristianna and her gang of idiots who think their really something.

"Oh look who it is girls, Sherman High's ugliest girl." Kristianna said with annoying voice.

Lisa sighed and thought '3...2...1'

As if on que Kristianna's friends laughed their obnoxious laughs.

By this time a small crowed had gathered. It had even caught the attention of Garrett, thanks to Dominick most likely. This was a real surprise though, he usually doesn't care about their little quarrels in which Kristianna always managed to humiliate herself in some way shape of from. Upon noticing this Lisa thought,

'Lets have some fun.'

"What? This again? With how smart you make yourselves seem you'd think you'd have come up with a new insult. I guess your just not as smart as you seem." That remark earned some chuckles from the crowd.

Kristianna took a surprised step back. Despite her being completely surprised, she quickly composed herself. She couldn't afford to look like am idiot infront of every one, even though it has been done on many occasions. She needed a comeback.

"I am as smart as I seem I was just to lazy to make up a new insult." Kristianna replied quickly.

"Uh huh. Sure" Lisa replied, clearly unconvinced, but dropped the matter anyway because she had lost interest.

"Where, exactly, do you think your going?" Kristianna said as she stepped infront of Lisa, who was walking towards the school building.

"To class, it's a fun place. You should really try going there someday. I think you'd have a blast."

"Excuse me!?!" She yelled, catching the attention of more people and slightly deafening some, "I do to go to class!"

"Really? Then why do I rarely see in in Physics and Spanish?"

Because she had no comeback she decided to leave. Lisa just stared at her retreating figure until it was out of sight.

Lisa shrugged and walked into the school building. She felt someone starring at her but she didn't care enough to turn around and find out who. It was probably either Haley or Dominick. She didn't care who though. It wouldn't have matterd to her though all she wanted was a normal day. Can't she have one day without any bullies or girls fawning over Garrett? Apparently not, it seems that it is impossible.
