Chapter one: Sacrifice

Since I was born I didn't have much faith in the world. I was born in basement and was there since I was 18. My mother lived there longer but then her captor sexually assaulted my mother and I was born. But my so called "Father" Wasn't easy on me either. He aways hits me when he's mad or upset.

My mother away tries to protect me from him but then she's gets beaten. My mother is the only person that loved me because I was the only thing she has. We're not allowed to go outside or out of the basement. Well my mother is allowed to go outside the basement sometimes.

So she's seen the outside world. My mom would also would steal books,paper,and pencils so she could teach me to read and write. I loved my mom and I miss her because she died when I was fourteen because she was very ill and she couldn't get the help she needed.

After that the abuse got worse from my "Father" He began to not feed me for days. And when he did he only gave me a piece of bread and water. He beat me and there was no one that would protect me anymore.

I began to cut myself, I hated my life the one person that loved me left me alone. I lost all faith and thought I could never be free. When I turned 18 everything changed and I found out a lot more about my "Father."

One day a random woman came down to the basement I was in."who is she" I thought to myself.

"Come here Karl" The women said

"She knows my name...how" I thought.

"COME HERE" She shouted at me

I came over to her immediately a little frightened. Than she grabbed me and began to take me upstairs. She took me to take a bath and tended to my injuries that my "father" gave me. Even myself harm cuts... She probably thought my "Father" Did that.

"Who are you" I asked her

"I'm your older sister" She said

I was confused when she said that,"When I was born Father took me upstairs and took care of me" She elaborated.

"Although he did hit me from time from time" She added on.

"Oh" I replied

"Yeah, I away knew you existed but father won't let me see you, the only time I saw you is when you were just born" She said very sadly.

"Is there anymore siblings that I don't know about" I asked.

"No it's just me and you" She said

When she finished up covering up my injuries she took me to my "father" I didn't want to talk to him but I had no choice. Why did she take me up stairs. When I met with my father he told me why he took me up stairs.

"Hello son" He said, when he said that I just glared at him."Listen Karl I just going to get straight to the point" He said. I immediately looked at him in confusion."your going to be a sacrifice to the beast" He said bluntly.

I was shocked,"W-What" I said. When my sister heard that she was pissed."what do you mean! The one time I finally met my brother he's just going to be eaten!" She shouted at him.

"Oh please I only made him for this reason, he was always going to be sacrificed to that beast in the woods" He shouted back at her.

"W-What" She said confused

"It's either your the sacrifice or him but I cared about you I just made Karl for that purpose" He shouted

"Why!?" She asked

"I made a deal with, I would give him my child when they turn 18 and he would give me richest. That's why I never let you see your brother" He explained. My sister began to cry and trying to get him to reconsider his decisions.

He just told her to go to her room. And she did as she cried. Than he grabbed me and through me back into the basement."At 3:00 is when we're going to the beasts forest" He told me than closed the basement door.

"N-No, I can't die I'm to young" I told myself.

"I have to escape" I thought, when I thought the it was clear I forcibly got the basement door and tryed to make a break for the door. I only took a few steps outside before I got caught. I didn't get very far.

I got thrown in the basement again. I tried to escape again but that also failed and he beat me. Eventually 2:30 pm hit and they were getting me ready for me getting sacrifice. They gave me new clean clothes and brushed my hair.

And he actually gave me a meal but he only did it because it was my last moments on earth. The whole time I was thinking on how to escape but he was keeping and eye on me.

He said "I can't have you ruining my time to be rich. I was just a butch of dollars signs to him. Not a human being with thoughts and feelings just money.

"I hope you rott in hell" I said

He immediately smacked me immediately the moment I said that. My cheek was glowing red it hurts so much."don't ever talk to me like that you useless good for nothing child. You are food for a beast and nothing else." He yelled at me.

I began to hold back tears from his hurtful words. He kept calling me names and hitting me. I began to cry and he just laughed at me. I just had enough so I got up and hit my so called father I had.

But my sister stopped me and pushed me off of him."what hell are you doing" I shouted at her.

"You hit him" She said

"Yeah and he deserved it!" I yelled

Than I heard an alarmed go off... It was 3:00 pm. That alram was to take me to take him to the beast forset. In an act to run from my terrible fate I towards  the door to get out of here. But my father grabbed me took me outside to a car and through me ito the car.

He began to drive to the forest. But...I felt the outside. I felt the cool breeze outside. I've never seen the outside my entire life it was amazing. The trees the grass the birds it was do beautiful.

But its the first and last time I'll see the outside world. I was going to die so if I was going to die than I was going to die seeing outside world.

As we were walking down the path to the beasts forest I was enjoying the outside world for my last minutes on earth. I even got to touch the grass.

It was amazing but I did get hurt going to the forest. We were walk on some rock and I tripped and my knees got scrapped my knees.

I got yelled at because I fell. Than we got to the beasts forest. My "Father than began to push me towards the forest meeting my last seconds on earth.

"Before you push me in can I say my last words" I asked.

"Ugh fine" He said

I just smiled and said "Rott in hell" Than he pushed me into the forest...everything was black I couldn't see anything."is this the beast forest? Is this hell? Heaven?" I thought to myself.

I got up and when I did I felt like someone or something was behind me. I began to be full of fear and just ran from from it. I didn't hear foot steps but I felt like something was behind me running for me. But than I tripped...I tripped. And I got scratched on my arm, I got up and I was right...the beast was right behind me but now he was in front of me.

"Actually this offering is really beautiful" The Beast said

"W-What" I said...the beast came closer to my face and called me beautiful again. I didn't know how to react to this...the beast thinks I'm attractive.
