Moves:
- freezing victims feet to hold them still.
- flashing cold fire into face distracting them.
Downsides: Frost Bite that burns skin (like a sun burn but it's a blue color)
Hero Names: Blitz, Mr/Ms. Cold, etc.
Villain Names: Blitz, Cold-Cut, Blue-Infernos, Iceout, etc.
