scripting your dr

dr - desired reality (you can have more than one, I have an mcu and a fame dr but you can script dr's for any fandom like harry potter, hunger games, game of thrones etc).
cr - current reality (the 'real' reality if you like)
There are many different ways to write/decorate your script but I will just be giving you scenarios/necessities of what to script for different fandoms. I recommend using google docs/power point to make your script and you can also fine some script templates on google/tiktok.

essentials to script:

- Your full name
- Your age/age range + school year/grade
- Your birthday
- Your personality/characteristics
- Your appearance
- Zodiac sign
- Hobbies
- Habits (good and bad)
- Skills/abilities/knowledge
- Relationships (parents, siblings, friends, romantic partner etc)
- Gender
- Sexuality
- Status
- Your personality/characteristics
- Waiting room/safe words/motions (I'll explain these)
- Timings (It sounds simple but I'll explain)
- 'cheats', things like finding exercise easy, not getting your period, endless wardrobe etc
- Your backstory/origin (can be different from your cr birthday)
- What part of the fandom your dr is in, for example if your scripting an mcu dr what film are you entering (civil war, endgame etc)
- You don't remember scripting anything/most things, this way it is more realistic
- When you leave your dr, time there stops so you don't miss anything between when you leave and when you next shift

remember that everything you script about yourself, other people, or your dr can be as different or as similar to your cr as you want!!

Safe words/motions:

Safe words (or motions) are things you say or do to return to your cr from your dr. Some examples are "It's time for me to go", "I'll be back soon", "I promise to come back again" or something along those lines. Once you have said your safe words/motions close your eyes and think about leaving your dr and you will be able to come back.

Timing:

You can script the timing in your dr to be completely different from in the cr. For examples, you could script that 1 hour in the cr is 1 month in the dr or 30 minutes in the cr is 2/3 weeks in the dr. This means a lot more events can take place in the dr without taking up loads of your time in your cr.

Waiting rooms:

A waiting room is a room that you script that you enter before fully shifting to your dr. For some people its more difficult to shift or takes longer to so if your shifting with your friends to the same dr, waiting rooms make it easier for everyone to shift into the dr at the same time. Or if your shifting alone, you can script a waiting room to just prepare yourself for your dr.
