Jonathan's pov

I drive up next to my mom's car. I park the car and turn off the car and get out. I head to the front door and open it to a quiet home. Too quiet. My mom would not sleep this early she would be in the kitchen and the kids would be asleep. I close the door behind me and call their names.
"Mom,"
"Will,"
"18,"
When I said 18's name I hear moving in the living room. I go to the light in the living room and turn it on. I turn to the couch and see 18 sleeping I smile and leave the light on. I go to my mom's room but she is not in her room so last place to check is Will's room. I open the door to Will's room and see my mom and my little brother sleeping. I smile and close the door. Head back the living room and go to 18. I pick her up and hold her in a bridal way and take her to mom's room. We make it to the room and I set her down on the bed and tuck her in.
"Night sis," I said and left the room and close the door on my way out.
I head to my room to change and sleep.

Time skip | Next morning |

Your pov

I wake up to the sun hitting me in the face, I groan and shift my position to my right side. But as I was shifting the room didn't look like the living room. I get up and look around.
"(Yawn) this must be mom's room," I said.
I get out of bed and walk to the door, I open it and walk to the kitchen to where I see mom at.
"Morning sleep head," she said
"Morning,"
"I saw you sleeping in my room, was the bed comfy," she asked
"Yup," I answered
"Good, well I made some pancakes, I was just waiting for Will," said Mom.
"Okay,"
I sat down at the table and I digged into the food.

Will comes

"Morning sleep head," Joyce said to Will.
"Morning Will," I said to him.
"Morning," he told us both
"How are you feeling, any better" said Mom.
"Mmm-hmm," said Will meaning a no.
"Same as yesterday," said mom.
"Yeah," he said.
They both sat down at the table and Mom went to go get something. I was looking down as I was eating but I felt a pair of eye looking at me. I look up but Will quickly looks away. I chuckle at his reaction. He smile and looking at me then looks back at Mom coming with something. It was a thermometer. I remember mom using that on me when a I got sick at the park in Winter. She put the thermometer in his mouth and waited. I went back to eating.

1 minutes later

"Okay," mom said.
"Oh uh...," she said.
"What is it a fever," said Will.
"No... actually it's.. cold," she said.
I stop eating when I heard cold. Cold just like the upside down. I look up from plat and look at them.
"Do you feel cold," said Mom.
"No I just... feel out of it," said Will.
"Like didn't really woken up yet," said Will.
Joyce face look the face of confusion.
"You promise no doctor," said Will
"Yes, and I meant it. No doctor," said Joyce.
"You know what, I am going to warm up a nice bath and it will warm you up, how does that sound," said Joyce.
Will nods and Joyce gets up to leave and head to the bath room. I get up from my table and head to the sink to wash my plate. As I am finished and turn around to see Will staring at me. My face heat up. He chuckles at my reaction. I get embarrassed and had to I and Will's room. I change into something basic. I change into jeans, a red shirt, and a white and black hoodie. I brush my hair put a red headband on. I get out and walk back to the kitchen but I pass the bathroom and I see Will just looking at the bathtub, he look like he was scared.
"Will, you okay," I asked him.
He turned around to look at me and he was sweating.
"Uh-uh n-n-o- the water is to hot," he tells me.
I give him a weird look then I walk in and go to the bathtub. I kneel down and get on my knees and touch the water. The water was warm not hot at all.
"Will, the water is fine and if we make the water to cold we won't get your body temperature-," As I was about finish up my sentence he interrupted me.
"No." He said.
What,"
"He likes it cold," he said his final sentence then leaves.
I stand up in shook and confusion. I run out of the bathroom to get Mom.
"Mom!" I yell
"Yes, 18 what happened," she ask worry.
"Will, he's not okay," I told her.
"But he was fine this morning," she said.
"Yes, I know but in the bathroom he was scared of the water, he said the water was to hot but when I check it it was warm not hot. Then he said 'no' 'he likes it cold'. When need to call hopper," I told her everything
She looks at worryingly then she nods and heads to the phone.
"Ugh, I need to do something but what," I said in my head while thinking.
"Will said some person that he likes it cold so maybe I can get the place cold I don't want Will to get mad or man inside of him get mad," I said in my head while I nod in agreement.
"Mom, I am going to need to make this place cold so get a jacket I don't want you to get cold," I told her.
She nods and heads to her room.

Time Skip (Hopper gets to the Byers house)

We were all in I and Will's room discussing what's happening with Will.
"So this thing, this shadow thing, you told 18 it likes it like this, it likes it cold," said Hopper holding the paper Will drew of the shadow monster.
"Yeah," said Will.
"How do you know that," said Hopper.
"I just know," Will answered.
"Does he talk to you?" Hopper questioned.
"No. It's like...I don't have to think, I just know things, things I never new before," Will answered.
Hopper gets up and walks to Will desk chair and sits down.
"And uh.. what else do you know," said Hopper.
"It's like..old memories back of my head, only...there not my memories," said Will.
"Okay." Said Hopper
"I don't think they are even my memories at all," said Will
"They're like now-memories happen all at once now," said Will.
"Can you describe now-memories, " ask Hopper
"I don't know...it's hard to explain," answer Will.
"Can you just try...for us," said Joyce
"It's...growing, spreading..., killing," said Will crying.
As Will said that my eyes widen, I didn't know Will was feeling like this.
"The memories?" Ask mom.
"I don't know" said Will.
"I'm sorry," said Will.
"No,no,no, it's okay sweetie,"said Joyce
Will started to cry on mom's shoulder.
"I really need to get this DAMN monster out of Will fast," I said in my head
I was looking around thinking of a plan to get the monster out then I came across a picture "Will the Wise" it had on it, I smile because it was Will then I an idea pop in my head.
"Hey, hey Will what if you didn't have to use words," I said turning to Will.
