Newt woke up to a loud knocking on the door, repeated knocking. He was on his front with his head facing the rest of the room with his eyes closed. It suddenly dawned on him that he had no recollection of how he got there. In panic, his eyes shot open and he saw Thomas sitting on his bed. He had obviously just woken up and was rubbing his face in an attempt to wake himself up.

"Okay Minho! We get it, you're awake!"

Thomas half shouted to the door, it hadn't even dawned on Newt that it was Minho yet.

"Weeeeeeeeeeeeell, since I'm awake, and you're awake.... What's the point in being awake on our own when we can be awake together!!"

At that the loud noises seemed to stop because Minho was obviously waiting for an answer.

"Hey, pssssst, Thomas, psssst, it's me MINHO."

"Yes, what do you want Minho??"

"Is...uh...is Newt up yet?"

Thomas looked over at Newts bed and saw him with his eyes open. Quickly, Newt shook his head and slightly smirked.

"No," he lowered his voice to a whisper, "so don't wake him!"

"Ok, well I'm coming in then." He whispered through the door. Newt quickly shut his eyes. He felt someone creep up to the side of his bed, he kept his eyes closed because he knew that it was Minho.

"Newtie Patootie??"

He kind of sang, he was really close to Newts face. Newt could feel his breath on his face. Then he heard someone stand up from a crouching position. Suddenly, something fell on him. Hard.

He heard lots of grunts from above him before he felt the body fall on him. The body was obviously Minho but he weighed like he was some thirty year old guy that hadn't been out in weeks that just sits at home ordering pizza (a/n not a bad life I you ask me, but I'm just sayin). Minho had landed on Newts chest and knocked the wind out of him.

"M-Minho.....can't....breathe"
"Oh yeah, sorry about that." He shifted his position so that he was at the wall side of the bed. Minho poked Newts face.

"Are you mad at me?" Minho asked.
"Why on earth would I be mad."
"Because you're not laughing."
"Oh no, you woke me up and the jumped on my chest and poked my cheek. I can hardly contain myself." Newt said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
"Oh wow, sounds like a laugh a minute over there." Thomas shouted from the other side of the room, also sarcastically.
"You guys are so mean. WHY ARE YOU
SO MEAN TO ME??" Minho shouted.
"WHY ARE YOU SO STUPID??" Thomas shouted from his bed.
"Shush and go to bed Tommy Boos" Minho said, dismissing Thomas from the conversation. He looked Newt straight in the eye and spoke in a whisper.
"Are you ok today?"
"Fine. Yeah, why?" No. Can't you see?
"Just thought Id check up on you. Have you um..." Relapsed? Why yes, many times thanks for asking bud.
"No, course not, I have you now."
---------flashback NOOT POV--------

I felt the weight beside me shift. Probably to get away from my disgusting life. Or because she can't breathe underneath my fat body. God, why is she even friends with me? I opened my eyes slightly to see Teresa there, on her phone. Probably texting Sonya about being next to a gayboy. Or Harriet about how she really wants to leave here.
"Mornin' Hun. How ya feeling sweets?" Great, bloody fantastic. Note the sarcasm.
"Fine."
"Guess that's better than not huh?"
"Guess so, do you wanna grab some brekky or something?"
"Jeez, I'd love to but mum just text saying she wants me home so I gotta run. But I'll catch you at school yeah?" Bullshít.
"Yeah ok, call if anythings wrong though, Kay?"
Yeah, she'll call, just not you, Newt.
"Yeah, sure man. Safe."
"Safe." That's our thing that we had, promising to try and stay safe, obviously we couldn't help it if someone comes and stabs us but it's our promise to try.
And with that she left. She practically ran out of the house. God, she is too polite to even say she doesn't want to be my friend. That was the last good conversation we had. The only other one was when she told me she's moving, that day. Thanks for the warning Hun.
