How to Draw .

The tutorial for yall

First thing first...... You people who asked .... You are welcome .Now then lets start with how to draw .

The process :

#1 Refrences- You always need refrences for drawing .... For example .... the top image was made after i imagined a dragon simular to Cloudjumper and Smuag from the movies of How to train your dragon and Hobbit the desilation fo Smaug ;

#2Starting lines- Starting lines are used as a base on which you usually draw so a line that can be curvy or somewhat straight and circles that end up being the places where the head , chest/torso and lower body/ hip are and then a longer line as a tail if you are drawing a creature with one.And an image for it will be underneath this text .This can also do when you are making wings .

And add two lines or one line at the head if you want the mouth to be open or closed;

#3Creating a more muscular figure -This is esentialy when you want your drawing to be more muscular.So how do you do that ? Simple! You just add them at the beginings of the limbs at the joints and then connect them to make it seem as a moe muscular figure and connect the wings from the tips to about near the legs (if you are drawing a dragon/ wyvern/ amphetier). The next image will show what i am talking about.

And also add some shape to the head and if you want ... you can add horns on the head;

#4Thiken Lines and erase starting- this is now the most important part of drawing . You thicke the lines you want to be visible and erase the ones you wish not to be seen and add some more details that you can then colour later on . The image bellow will show what i mean.

Like i said before, you can add more details here and there if you want ;

#5Colouring and shading- The final step to drawing ..... You can chose what ever colour you want or just do the drawing in black and white .... but shading can be also done when you add shadows to your drawings so depending on the angle of your crature and the angle of the light sorce you add the shadow on the oppiset side of it . The image bellow will show the image on the top with the colours.

And that is all you should know about drawing dragons or other creatures since this method can be used on any creature . But if you want another chapter on the enviorment then im sorry to disapoint but i wont do that since i think you all can draw trees and branches and mountains or lakes .

So as i said before dont ask about the enviorment but if you want an example of another drawing from me  which has a background here ya go .

And just to say if you are drawing snake like creatires the just add circles along the bodyand then that ends up giving you an outline you can follow to make the snakes body.Anyway that is all you need to know so untill next time , bye !
