ALIEN HAND

     In a small town of Bilaspur, there lived two neighbours. The two families have always helped each other in their struggle time. The two families were like friend to each other. Suraj, a kind hearted man of thirty-eight years of age, with dark brown eyes and long beard had one son, Moti. On the other hand, the second neighbour was Karan. He was a good-looking man of thirty-nine years of age. He also had one son Suresh.

     Suraj and Karan used to work in a same office and always use to return back home together. Their wives were housewives. The bonding between their wives was like sisters to each other. Moti and Suresh studied in the same school and in the same class. Both the families always use to visit each other's house in the weekends. They do parties among themselves and so on.

     It was 11th of June, wedding anniversary of Suraj and his wife Sakshi. Suraj and Karan was returning from their office. Just when they were about to reach their house they met with an accident. Karan had minor injury, but Suraj was injured badly. In a week time Suraj was discharged from the hospital.

     When suraj returned home, he hand over a letter to his wife for her to read. Sakshi didnt read the letter. She kept the letter in her draw so that she can read it afterwards and started looking after her husband.

     After a week it was a shocking evening for the two families. This was because Moti and Suresh had a fight among themselves over some reason. The fight led to a brain injury to Moti and his left arm was paralysed due to damage in his brain cells. The doctor advice Suraj that his son may or may not recover from this damage. It shocked Suraj and Karan's family too. Four months had passed to this incident, but the condition of Moti didn't improved. As the days passed by, things started getting normal between the two families.

     One day there was a heavy rain when Suresh was returning from school. What happened next was a disaster to Karan's family. Suresh was shoot dead by a bullet fired from some distance. Karan filed a case on his son's murder. The judge ordered the officials to look at the CCTV camera installed in that area. There were many people who were suspected in this crime. One such was Suraj, because his son was injured by Suresh. Karan proclaimed Suraj as the criminal in the court.

     When the CCTV footage came, the real culprit was caught. It was a man from their office, who was jealous of Karan's promotion in the office. The culprit was pronounced the death sentenced by the judge.

     Karan asked for forgiveness from Suraj for proclaiming him the criminal. "Friends never ask for forgiveness, there was just a confusion " replied Karan. The two family again reunited and carried on their wonderful way of living.

     Everything was normal between the two families. Suraj was sitting in his room, beside laid moti. The background can be heard of television in which an Indian government is describing their failure, the reason for their failure is an attack of white ants in the country, is being said by the leader. Suddenly, Suraj picks up a knife and kill his son Moti.
