When you got there, you were surprised to see four boys standing by a bike. There was a small one who was looking at the bike with mild curiosity, one who was trying very hard to get close but was held back by a third boy, and a fourth one who you couldn't exactly see. You began to walk forward and as you did, you could hear the fourth one say something.

"I swear to all things holy Richie, if you ruin this for me I will actually slit your throat." He muttered. You raised your eyebrows but decided against finding out what they were doing. You began to walk closer and noticed something. It was your bike they were surrounding.

"Um, can I help you?" You asked. They turned towards you, not expecting you to be there. Well, most of them did, the fourth one continued to stare at your bike.

"Is this your bike?" He asked.

"Yeah. Mind telling me why you guys were staring at it?" You replied.

"I've never seen a mockingbird before. I never thought I would, but here one is, completely silent and sitting on your handlebars." He answered. You raised your eyebrows.

"What, are you a bird watcher or something?" You asked. The third boy nodded.

"H-He is actually." He replied. You sighed.

"Whatever. Can I just get my bike now?" You asked, annoyance starting to build in your voice.

"Well Jesus, what bit you in the ass?" The second one asked. You glared.

"I'm sorry, is it wrong for someone to want their bike so they can go home?" You retaliated. He scoffed.

"No, but you don't have to be a bitch about it." He replied.

"I can be a bitch if I want to. It's my bike you know!" You shouted.

"Yeah well-"

"Shut up Richie." The fourth boy interrupted. The second boy, apparently named Richie, looked at him.

"Now you're taking sides?" He exclaimed. The fourth boy turned around and you saw him fully. You remembered his face vaguely. He was in your third hour. Dan maybe?

"I'm not taking sides." He replied.

"If you tell me to shut up and don't tell them to shut up then you're taking sides!" Richie shouted. The fourth boy rolled his eyes before looking at you.

"I'm sorry if this was an inconvenience. I'm Stan, by the way." He said. Stan, not Dan.

"(Y/n)." You replied skeptically. The other three boys stared at you.

"That's who you are!" The small one shouted. You glanced at him.

"Pardon?" You asked.

"Greta Keene dumped her lunch on you because you wouldn't get out of her seat!" He shouted. Your face turned red in embarrassment as you looked at your shoes.

"Well, I'm glad this is how everyone is going to remember me." You mumbled and put your hands over your face. You were expecting them to laugh and walk away but they stood where they started.

"W-Well (Y/n), since Greta's no-now against you, you probably won't make any f-f-friends." The third boy said. You lifted your head and glared at him.

"Thanks for rubbing it in." You replied.

"I d-didn't mean it that way. What I meant to say w-w-was... I m-meant to-to say-"
