You saw Taehyung was heading your way which caught you by surprise since he barely visit your place
"Tell me Jimin, what did you do to y/n in the shack?" Taehyung said with a furious tone as he stared at Jimin with anger
Jimin didn't answer taehyung but smirked as he pulled your body closer to his, which you noticed Taehyung was getting a bit angry from seeing this
"Wait Jimin, let me speak to Taehyung privately..?" You asked and Jimin decided to let go of your grasp as he nods while heading into the house leaving you two
Your eyes averts off of Jimin and noticed Taehyung eyes droppens with sadness as if he was heartbroken
"Y/n, you really like Jimin do you..?" Taehyung asked and you nodded as your answer which made Taehyung look a bit upset about something but before he spoke another word, Taehyung suddenly held your hand as he placed your hand on his heart which you felt his heart beat pulse beats faster which caught you by surprise
"You always had your eyes on Jimin, but what about me..? Don't you see me like how I see you as y/n..?" Taehyung asked as his voice shakes with his eyes softens looking into yours
You didn't answer because you knew that it would potentially hurt his feelings, you never really saw Taehyung that way but only as a friend or like a brother
Taehyung loosenes his grip on your wrist, letting go of your hand off of his chest to feel his heart beat.
"Your heart doesn't have me in it... " Taehyung sighs as he walks off but before he leaves he looks at you for a moment with his eyes saddens
"This might be the last time I see you, and the last time I would ever say this to you"
"I love you y/n.." Taehyung said with his voice shakens and a smile which look forced
and after when Taehyung said that, he took his leave and walked away
You didn't understand what he meant by it was going to be his last time to ever see you which confused you but thought to yourself he was just sad and just wanted to take some time alone

It's been a few days already and while you were busy working at your regular shift you noticed that Taehyung hasn't been coming to work lately which confused you
He always seemed happy to go to work with you but having him not being here made you worried
Except for that, everything is doing alright you were busy working on making drinks for the customers and Jimin was protecting you as his daily job like the usual
When it was your lunch break you decided to speak with the manager, maybe the manager knows where Taehyung have been?
"Manager have you seen Taehyung by any chance, he hasn't been to work lately?" You asked and the manager looked at you with a confused look
"What do you mean, we don't have any employees with the name that goes by Taehyung" The manager said which was confusing because she was the that favors Taehyung because of his looks
"We do have a employee that goes by Taehyung, don't you remember the guy with the box smile??" You said and the manager face did not show any expression of recognition to what you just said
"No it doesn't ring a bell, don't believe me check the files for a person that's name Taehyung" The manager said as she pulls out the files of the employees that works here
You checked every single one of them but couldn't find a single file that has the name Taehyung
"See I told you" The manager said and walked out of her office with a confused look
That's weird, it was almost like Taehyung never existed in this place and you hurried towards Jimin
"Jimin have you seen Taehyung?" You asked and as usual he rolled his eyes whenever he hears that name
"Why would you want to know where that tengu is?" From hearing that response you sighed in relief that someone remembers who's Taehyung but it's weird that the manager couldn't remember it
"Don't you think this is strange that my manager don't have any record or memories of Taehyung working here?" You asked and Jimin shrugs to your question
"I admit that's a bit weird but I guess having that tengu off of my shoulder makes my life easier to deal with" Jimin said as he yawns
Something doesn't adds up, why would my manager not remember him but Jimin and I do?
Since your shift ends at your lunch break you grabbed Jimin wrist and dragged him towards Jungkook shrine to get some answers since Jungkook and Taehyung would always hang out together
...
By the time you got there, you saw Jungkook was busy nibbling on some carrots,
"Hey jungkook!"
When Jungkook heard your voice he immediately jumped up and ran towards your direction with a smile forgetting about his carrot
To your surprise Jungkook looked a bit sad judging from his eyes as if something had happened
"Jungkook have you seen Taehyung anywhere?" You asked and when jungkook heard the name Taehyung his cute bunny ears droppens as long with his eyes with sorrow
"Did Taehyung not tell you?" Jungkook asked you and you were confused on what he meant by that do you shook your head with a confused look
"No he didn't, what did he tell you jungkook?"
Jungkook sighs as he looks down with sad eyes,
"He's going back home"
"Home, you mean by here home?" You asked and Jungkook shook his head
"Home as in where he originally grew up in as a tengu"
