Chapter 12

Waikoloa, HI

Our Condo

4:30 P.M. Hawaii Aleutian Time

You might be thinking, Jordan, you're on vacation. You have no place to put them away.(or, more likely, you were not thinking that at all) Well, as you may recall, we had dressers, thankfully without any bugs inside of them(long story, but I'll tell you it happened in Wisconsin). Normally, we'd have kept our clothes inside our luggage, but, as I told you, that's because we had no dressers at those hotels.

So anyway, after putting away my clothes, I went out onto our balcony, which was right next to the board game table, and saw something that would definitely make Alana shout at Dad to look: a golf course (plus golf carts, but from now on I'll refer to them as ATK's) that looked a lot like Lazy Links from Fortnite(then again, a lot of them do).

"Hey, Alana!" I called. "Check this out!" She walked over, looked outside, and shouted "Oh! Dad, there's a Lazy Links outside!" she yelled to Dad. Didn't I tell you she'd yell at him? (I did)

"Wow, so amazing," Dad said distractedly, though it was obvious he was trying to sound enthusiastic. Alana seemed to catch on to that and went to play with Roman.

"'Kay, guys," Dad said, hours later. "Bedtime."

"Alright! Er... aw, man!" I tried hiding the fact I was glad since Mom said we could play on our 3DS's until ten, and I fully intended to unleash my wrath on the Pokemon League atop Mount Lanakila in Pokemon Ultra Moon.

Shutting the door in our bedroom, I grabbed the 3DS bag and gave Alana hers. Then I got mine and opened Ultra Moon. I'd like to say I dominated the Pokemon League, but I may have gotten sidetracked(I tried finding the entrance to Kala'e Bay, and went to the Battle Buffet). Then I turned mine off when I saw the clock said 10:03, telling Alana to, too. Then I lay down and slept my first night in the condo.
