Now before you say aren't these just different Sans AUs technically but they're just based of the Sans AUs and to prove it ill even give you the backstories of the and luckily for me the pairs are tied to each other.
Ink&Error: Both sides of the same coin aka meaning they used to be one. You see in me and my friends Undertale timeline there was originally a different 7th human to fall and as you can tell he was called "Zanic". Zanic had a unique soul; half white and half black, Yin and Yang. He went through the underground making friend and enemies but when he made it to the final corridor to be judged and gave one last handshake to Sans. An even that wont be explained til later happened which we'll call a glitch. This glitch cause his soul to be split into the different halves. The Yin half being sent into the Anti-Void, where he became scared and confused and only remembering his name. He tried call out for help but as you can guess nobody came, then he started wondering around and found out he can make portals to see other universes and timelines from. After awhile and learning of the different timelines he decided there were too many and they were nothing but dirty glitches in the multiverse. This is when his glitches starts to appear from being in the Anti-Void and took up the name Error to mock the AUs and Timelines and because of the glitches around him. In the other side of the multiverse the Yang half was sent to the Doodle Sphere, where he look around to see the different au and learned about the possibilities they had and was gifted the paint brush he has now from the Doodle Sphere. He traveled the multiverse meeting new people and friends and meet an Inkling!Zanic who gave him goggles that he always wears on his neck and gave him the nickname Ink because of his control of it. Eventually he meets Dream!Zanic in the omega timeline and become friends with him amd helps him bring life back to the omega timeline and they both bring survivors of different AUs and timelines there to have second chance.The 2 halves have something unique to them and that is Error cannot feel any positive emotions and Ink cannot feel any negative emotions. And that should cover everything now for the next 2
Dream&Nightmare:Now for these 2 i haven't fully come up with a backstory but the main thing to know it that they are brothers and one day they find a star shaped fruit and half of it was black while the other was white. The brothers shared it (Nightmare=Black and Dream=White). Afterward they found out that they could make souls for the other Zanics in the multiverse. After many attempts for Nightmare's Zanics to turn good he and Dream decided to combine a soul, which is the soul that the original Undertale Zanic had, but Nightmare was unhappy with him decided to take the soul while Dream tried to keep it as is. This ended up splitting the soul and accidentally throwing the halves into the Anti-Void and Doodle Sphere. After this Nightmare went to sleep and had continuous nightmares and they continued until he snapped and turned into an Ink Monster (That the original Nightmare is in ill show a pic at the end and both his eyes are open) at the same time Dream was able to turn into an angel (Gets a halo and his scarf turns into wings). And after a long battle Nightmare won and decided to turn the universe they grew up in into a blank void and leave Dream there to suffer. After sometime Ink finds and help Dream and you should know by now. Nightmare decides to go to a vacant corner of the multiverse and create his own universe and his own mansion and decides to keep track of Error because of his involvement in creating him while recruiting different Evil Zanics through out the multiverse and changes his ink monster form to show hes wearing a suit.
