Semblance description: Allows William to use sound waves to make sounds of Grimm or people he has heard before to use their voice in other locations or allows himself to sound like someone else, He can also take these sound waves to completely deafen someone or a area around him to be completely silent or cut out the noise of certain things such as walking, running, breathing, stuff like that, It doesn't take a lot of aura for him to keep this up but it takes a good amount of concentration to block out certain sounds like only talking or footsteps.

Background: William had a pretty normal upbringing, brother mother stuff like that when he heard Neptune was going to become a Huntsman-in-training he realized that maybe being a Huntsmen wouldn't be that bad if his brother was gonna do it why not, After both of them got into Haven they trained as hard as they could to become huntsmen, at some point they both changed over to shade academy but they don't like to talk about the reason why, after awhile William realized that he and his brother can't always be together so William decided to start doing more stuff by himself for awhile, When Neptune asked him why he wasn't hanging out with him and Sun as much anymore he answered with "You and Sun didn't do anything wrong, I just realized that huntsmen aren't always together a lot of the time they have to do solo missions, so i decided it would be best if i just did some solo stuff for awhile so don't worry Nep, ill come back after awhile" and true to his word after 2 months of doing things solo he came back to Neptune and Sun and started doing more team related stuff with them both.
