"Either way. It was a beautiful thing for you to do. Life saving actually. I paid rent and bought groceries for the first time in 3 weeks with that." I couldn't help but have tears weld up in my eyes. I couldn't look at him. I couldn't look at this sweet boy who deserved the world and was given nothing.

"I'll give you anything you want, Sweets."

Before he commented back a loud bang came from my bedroom door. It jolted me into a panic and Sweet Pea was quick to exit the bathroom and close the door behind him. Keeping me hidden.

Despite this I bolted from the water and wrapped myself in a towel. I pulled a Glock from under my bathroom sink and stood with it aimed at the door handle.

I heard quiet voices before the nob twisted, as it opened I rose the weapon.

Sweet Pea raised an eyebrow at me immediately and I was quick to lower it with a sigh.

Fangs and Toni stood shocked behind him, "You scared the shit out of me."

Sweet Pea glanced to them, "I told you. She's fine."

Fangs smiled a little, "Sorry we thought he might be trying to swap saliva in here with you."

Toni smacked him hard on the back of the head as both her and Sweet Pea spoke, "Shut up!"

I couldn't help but laugh putting the weapon away. "That's legal by the way, there if you need it."

The three glanced to each other and nodded.

"Not to try to use on Malachi." I rephrased staring at Sweet Pea.

"Trust me, Princess. I won't be using a gun on him when I get my chance." He shoots me a dark smirk. I hated that it made me want to tell the other two to leave.

We had a momentary stare down before Toni and Fangs laughed a little.

"We told everyone to leave. We just wanted to make sure you were okay before we left." Toni smiled at me, a look of understanding and softness on her features. She really was beautiful.

I glanced to the clock which told me it was 1:47 AM before I looked back to her. "You guys can stay. I have a bunch of guest bedrooms and I promise a breakfast in the morning."

The boys quickly fist bumps but Fangs gave a serious face after a moment.

"Only if I can drive the Subi." I rolled my eyes hard at this demand.

"I'll let you drive it around the block." I said back with a slight smile.

"I drive it around the block twice and the Porsche on the track." I gaped at him for a moment.

"You're not touching Daddy's Porsche!" Toni laughed at my horrified reaction.

"I didn't know Sweet Pea had a Porsche?" Toni quickly smacked Fangs for this comment to which we all laughed at. Sweet Pea having a slight blush overcome his features.

"Okay, okay. Subi twice around the block, maybe the Stang. Only as long as there's no rain." Fangs nodded and shrugged at this.

I handed out Pjs to Toni before I shamefully pulled a box of men's Pjs from under my bed. All raised a brow at this.

"Archie.. Stays over a lot." Sweet Pea locked his jaw a little at this but said nothing as I handed Fangs a pair.

I walked them to two out of the four guest rooms and gave them a small tour. At the third door I glanced to Sweet Pea.

"You can stay in here if you want." I left it to him to ask. I didn't want to ask him to stay with me. As badly as I wanted him to.

"Is the bed as comfortable as yours?" He asked with a slight smile.
