So you know how they say dimension instead of alternative timeline/universe, but all the scientist say that the term dimension does not mean alternative universe? Well I can prove they are incorrect B). if dimension is size, then there technically COULD be a universe where someone is just smaller or taller. OR every universe could exist inside our universe except it's so small to any of our visions.
