I like things that come in twos. I like ears and elbows and knees.
I like pairs of gloves and turtledoves, I like wings and wellies and water skies.
When you're counting slippers or flippers or shoes. This is the method you'll need to use. A table for twos!
2 Times Table: *whistles*
2: One 2 is 2.
Two 2s are 4.
Three 2s are 6. Are you keeping the score?
Four 2s are 8.
Five 2s are 10.
Six 2s are 12. Are you ready for more?
Seven 2s are 14.
Eight 2s are 16.
Nine 2s are 18. That might be plenty. But why should we stop now? Teach for the top now, Ten 2s.
