"We're at a convenience store, Hu Tao." I perch my chin on the palm of my hand, as the said girl huffs in patent dismay. Yanfei hauls out her wallet from her pouch, snickering lightly at her lover's rejection. "You were supposed to say yes and then we'd have a one-night stand."

I rose a brow, scanning the items, "Go manifest yourself a dick first."

Yanfei began coughing, placing a hand over her mouth as she stole quick glances at the agape hu tao. attempting to conceal her palpable urge to break into rowdy guffaws. "I don't need a dick when I got a pussy that smells like flowers!" She then turns to Yanfei, frowning like a baby in need of hugs.

Yanfei rolls her eyes, sneaking her arms around her waist and planting tender kisses on her face as Hu Tao breaks into honeyed giggles.

"No." Hu Tao retorts, heaving the plastic bag from the counter which was brimming with snacks—probably for a midnight movie session. We both stuck our tongue at eachother, harmlessly deriding the other.

"Oh before we go," Yanfei glances at me, "You weren't at school today right? there was a group activity and you're with group four." Tosses me a furled paper, as I snatched it in the air.

"Activity instructions."

I unfurled the paper in my hands, nodding my head promptly. "Thanks, bestie." Yanfei chuckles, before being dragged away by Hu Tao, who had grown impatient.

I scanned the contents, silently applauding yanfei's clean and satisfying handwriting. the subject was mostly about making a document about the upcoming summer before we turn into third years. merely a trivial matter that makes me ponder as to why this was 'mandatory' for our education.

at the side, there were a list of people, which I assumed to be my groupmates.

"Some interesting people." I mutter, tracing my finger along their names. "especially xingqiu and chongyun. wasn't there a rumor that they were together?" curiosity lingers in my tone, before I grinned softly.
