"Have you ever sat by a window on a rainy day and blast music in your ears?"
Concord's lips curved on the ends. "Nah I think that's just you, Abby."
"Oh," Abby sipped her tea. "Well, it's quite enjoyable. Just sitting there, listening to music while looking out at a rainy world."
Concord chuckled, shaking her head. "You are one interesting person."
"I know," she smiled. "If I wasn't you wouldn't stick around."
"You know me too well," Concord took a sip of her tea. Her cinnamon-colored hair fell in front of her face.
Abby smirked. "Everything about you is so neat except your hair. It seems no matter how hard you try you'll never be able to get it under control."
"Okay well everything about you is messy except your hair," Concord lifted her eyebrows at Abby.
Abby flicked her strawberry blond hair. "You're just jealous that your hair isn't as fabulous as mine."
They both laughed. They would have conversations like this often where they shoot things back and forth until they start laughing. They rarely had serious fights and when they did they were resolved quickly.
