It was a rainy day with no sign of sun. George was sitting in his car unaware of the dangers which were about to happen.
*Ding dong* *Ding dong*- James(his Best friend) called him. He received the phone call. "WHERE ARE YOU WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU ALL OVER THE PLACE. Just tell me what's wrong with you. Is it because of Emma? Did I do something wrong?"- James said with a crackling voice, he was crying.
"Don't blame yourself and don't call me again."- George said and hung up, he switched off his phone.
A big truck was moving towards George's car, the driver was drunk and didn't know what was going on.
George tried to honk but nothing worked the truck was getting closer and closer, and suddenly CRASH.
*A few months ago*
"WAKE UP. YOU ARE LATE AGAIN."- James
"Stop! It's Sunday."- George
"I am not talking about work, I am talking about your date, isn't it at 11:30. The restaurant is 1 hr 20 mins away"- James
"What's the time?"- Elios said while still being in the bed
"10:00"- James
George sprinted to the bathroom without saying a word. He took a quick shower and brushed his teeth quickly.
"Wow there you must be really excited about the date, you are like a snail when you have to go to work". - James
George ignored James and went to the garage as quickly as possible. Opened his car's door, sat on the seat, and drove away without saying a word.
"Shit! I forgot my phone now how am I suppose to tell Emma(his date) I am gonna be late. I will certainly not go back home it will waste a lot of time and James will say a million things and give me a lecture about being more productive and blah blah blah. I think I have to let her wait"- George thought to himself.
*Near the restaurant*
George saw a mysterious black hoodie with a red substance on it he also a mask with drops of the same red substance on it. He decided to brush it off because he was already late for his date and didn't want to make Emma wait any longer. He opened the door to the restaurant and saw Emma texting someone on her phone when he got close to her she immediately tried to hide her phone.
"I am sorry for being late, I overslept and I left my phone in the house"- George
"Oh it's ok I just came. "- Emma
George sighed.
