“Don’t worry, Jo-ey,” Sarah said facing me with her eyes glancing between me and his devouring, glowing green eyes through the boarders. “I’m right here beside you... everything will be ok.”

“S-Sarah...h-he won’t let go...” I said to her terrifyingly through our mind link with so many mixed emotions running through me.

“I know...” She replied glancing up at him, “Jo’, he hasn’t taken his eyes off you yet...I think it’s deeper than it seems.”

“What else could it possibly be, Sarah!” I panicked, on the brink of losing my composure. “I want to get out of his hold! It’s freaking killing me!”

A low growl rippled through his lips as he stared between us. It was like he knew we were talking ill about him.

He tugged me closer to him, brushing Sarah off slightly. “I said to piss off!” He said, anger and possessiveness lacing his deep, husky voice.

“NO! You big bully!” She exclaimed.

We all were stunned for a moment. Me, the guards, even he hesitated to reply. I didn’t know Sarah had it in her to snapped back at someone so vicious and dangerous as him.

“Why don’t you just leave us the hell alone!” She continued to rant.

“Us?” He stated. I could feel his grip tightening slightly with irritation. “Does it look like I’m bothering you?”

“Yes!” She replied, standing her ground. “You’re hurting my best friend. You mess with her... you mess with me!”

Silence took over the atmosphere. Nothing but the calm breeze rattling the leaves on the trees were heard.

“LET HER GO!” She screamed to the top of her lungs.

“You better step the fuck off, before I jump over this damn border and rip out that ranting little mouth of yours!” He tensed, feeling his body heat radiating down on me.

“Oh yeah, I’d like to see you try!” She replied.

“Ma’am it’s not wise to provoke a hungry black wolf.” The older voice said behind me. “The results could be very detrimental!”

“Shut it, Grandpa!” She snapped.

Instantly Kylo stepped forward and snatched Sarah back before she starts something she definitely couldn’t finish.

“Come now, Sarah.” He said sternly as she fought in his hold. “Calm down, Alpha Denise is making her way as fast as she can.”

“P-plea-se, my head hurts s-so bad,” I gasped quietly enough for him to hear me, “you’re grip is too strong.”

I waited for him to respond, instead, I got nothing but a tense growl and I tighter grip. Until I felt it started to loosen gradually and my hand was taken in his.

I thanked the moon goddess it wasn’t my injured hand.

He released his grip and I eventually stumbled forward feeling a light-headed sensation coming over me.

I turned around my hair in a huge fuzzy mess, staring up at that intense light-green, hooded eyes staring down at me.

“Joel are you ok!” Sarah shouted from behind Kylo and the other guards, guarding her.
