Quiet. That's all Eli hears. It's quiet where Eli Moscowitz goes to think. He sits by the bank of the pond. Thinking. He barley remembers his childhood. He remembers one thing though. He was at summer camp. He and his buddies Demetri and Miguel we're sitting around the fire. He remembers looking up at the moon. It was full. Then a girl walks up too him. "Room for one more?" She asks. Eli looks up. He sees the most gorgeous girl he's ever seen. "My names Moon." "What's yours?"

"My names Eli but people call me Hawk." He explains. Then Moon's best friend Yasmine walks over to them. Aisha was one of Eli's friends. She and Yasmine had a war going on in between them. Yasmine started criticizing them for crashing her party. But they didn't. They were all drinking. Eli got drunk and ended up kissing Moon. As they were kissing, he felt her body press up against his. Her lips soft. Her eyes sparkling brown. Her hands cold but the touch of his hands made them warm. Next thing he knew it was the next morning. He hasn't seen her since.
Eli woke up. He's had that dream since the night he met Moon. His mohawk was red now. He felt more confident about himself than ever before. He stood in the hallway. Smirking. He was going to be a junior in high school. In his head he thought. "I'm gonna rule the school."
