also this is a mcu/mlb crossover dr! if you just want mcu just cut out the mlb parts!

adopted parents: Tony Stark(adoptive father) Stephen Strange(adoptive father) we call the other avengers aunties and uncles

origin (might expand on this later):

peter and i grew up together in queens.. There was a robber and peter and I already had our powers and we didn't stop the robber, they shot uncle ben and aunt may they died in peter's arms, i walked out of the store a bit after peter and i saw their dead bodies and we held them until a few hours later(we were 13). peter and i became superheroes to help those who couldn't defend themselves and we lived on our own in the apartment (forging mays signature to pay bills) until few months later and we turned 14, tony hunted us down on our patrol to ask us if we'd like to be avengers. he was shocked about our age and once he found out we were on our own he took us in and eventually legally adopted us and we became Peter Benjamin Parker-Stark(later stark-strange) and Avalon May Parker-Stark(later stark-strange).

general info:

 i am going to the MCU, alternative timeline. The accords were revised and signed(literally changed to "the avengers are held accountable for all damage they cause on missions) the first time, the rogues were never the rogues and they stayed together. Steve admitted that bucky killed tony's parents, and while Tony felt angry and sad all over again, he doesn't blame bucky or steve and they are close like a family again. Fury made the avengers find out peter and i's identities so we could join the avengers and we accepted. When aunt may & uncle ben died, peter grieved, but he is mostly over it(bc we don't need my boi all sadness it makes me sad). 

Hawkmoth was defeated but Ladybug and Cat noir didn't reveal their identities or give back the miraculouses, although they did tell marinette's parents and reveal to each other. Mari's parents know they are miraculous holders but Gabriel Agreste doesn't. Tony tracked them down (bc he's tony stark) and he takes me and peter and goes to their bakery in france to invite them to come to america for the avenger initiative(they speak english and speak mostly english in france but still speak french) and they accept and their parents are okay with it. they come to live in the tower with us. They reveal their identities and nobody thinks their powers are weird (Instead of lucky charm, ladybug's power is to summon ladybug type wings that she can use to fly and there is no time limit on ladybug and cat noirs powers and cat noir can use cataclysm as many times as he wants). they go to midtown tech with us. Pietro is fast enough to dodge bullets and dodges them every time. Wanda & Pietro recognize that Tony didn't kill their parents so they forgive him and now they are good friends. (they are both 15 in 10th grade) They do immediate type missions (raiding hydra, shootouts,etc) and big-time stuff (criminal rings) and they patrol with us.

spider powers:

(peter and I have the same spider powers) spider powers: I have enhanced strength(i can lift 30 tons ), I have enhanced senses, i have slightly enhanced speed, enhanced agility, enhanced endurance, I know how to fight, I am good at archery and shooting guns, I have an enhanced metabolism, I can turn invisible(the clothes/accessories/anything i'm holding/wearing/my suit disappear to), I have venom in my teeth, i have fangs where the venom is(peter and I are immune to our own venom and can control when it come out), i can stick to walls, i have a spidey-sense, i can hang upside down without getting lightheaded, a very high pain tolerance, i can go an hour without air, basically immune to any poison (metabolism fights it off before it can do anything), can hear heartbeats and breathing speed up to tell when somebody is lying, can jump higher

elemental powers:

elemental: airbending, flying, waterbending, bloodbending(even when its not full moon) healing, firebending, lightning bending, earthbending, metalbending, sandbending, absorbing lots of power/electricity/explosions, i can see the ground below when my eyes are closed(kinda like toph) yeah im op what about it 🙄 🖐
