Werewolf?

Chapter 1 (Avery's Pov)

I woke up to my alarm, which was the song, "Space Age Love Song" blasting my eardrums. I turned it off and rolled out of bed and later stretched and started getting dressed, in the speed of a sloth of course, you can't blame me when you wake up at 5am you can't instantly be energetic, well that's for me. But it was my fault for spending most of last night playing Granny on my phone, and texting my Best friend Ivan, and this was all because I was slightly nervous about going to school today. As I was brushing my teeth and getting ready, the bathroom door slightly opened and revealed my mom's sleepy face. "Why are you so slow? Hurry up! You have about 15 minutes left- seriously you are the reason I am cranky every morning." She said with a sleepy groan. "Pssh, you love me, also you should've thought about how your child would be, before you had me-" I replied and stuck my tongue out at her. "Shush, and hurry to get to school!" She snapped back at me.

I hurried myself to grab my book bag, which was empty and I panicked since I had a little over 5 minutes left or I'll be very much late for school. 'Dammit I should've just prepared everything yesterday instead of laying around' I mentally lectured myself. I grabbed my leather jacket, and walked over to my mom. "How do I look, hawt?" I asked her. She looked over to me with her sleepy eyes. "Eh- you look alright." She replied with a sleepy voice and a yawn.  "Ouch- you were supposed to say I looked marvelous!" I said playfully. "Shh- go to school, I'll see you when you get back." And so I blew her a kiss, and she swatted it away, and I sighed. "Mom~ You are supposed to act lovingly to your daughter." She replied with groan, and disappeared into the darkness, maybe to her room. "I love you too!" I shouted back at her and then closed the front door as I stepped outside. I ran over to my bike and started it, and later pulled out of the driveway, to start my ride to school.

Once the school came into view I was amazed at how good the school looked, it was huge! 'I guess this is what schools look like in big cities' I parked my bike in a free parking spot outside of the school, and ran through the main entrance, and was met right away with where the main office stands, I walked over to the Lady that sat on the front desk. " Ah- hello I am new here, I was wondering if I could get my class schedule" I asked her with a smile. And she quickly returned one too. "Ah yes of course. What's your name?" She asked me. "I'm Avery Greenwood." She quickly typed it into her computer, and then asked me if she spelled it correctly, and I replied with a nod. A couple of seconds later I heard the printer, and she got up and headed toward the sound, and returned with my Class schedule, the page still warm from being newly printed. "Thank you very much." I said with a happy smile. "No problem. Do you need any help with getting to the classes as well?" I nodded. "Well I'm able to help with that too. Harry! Can you get over here?" She yelled at the room that was right next to the front office.  "What's up?" Boy my age came from the room. "Can you help her get to class?" She asked and then looked over at me, as to point me out at the boy. "Oh yes of course." He walked over to me. "Hello there, can you hand me your schedule?" He asked me politely. I nodded and gave him my schedule. "Ah Ms. Nelson for homeroom. Follow me I know exactly where her classroom is."

Once we were already at the outside of the classroom I turned to thank him. "Well we barely made it in time, I better get going or else I'm dead. Anyway see you around!" He said and then ran in a hurry to get to his class. I walked into the classroom and was met by my new Homeroom teacher. "Hello there, you must be Avery." She said with a welcoming smile. "Yes, nice to meet you Ms. Nelson, I'll try my best to be a great student this year." I replied with a nervous smile. "It's nice to see that you're quite the nice student, anyway welcome! Go ahead and head to your seat, class is to start in a couple of minutes." I nodded and gave her a grateful smile, for not having me introduce myself to the entire class.

As I was getting everything ready for class, the classroom door flung open. And then the smell of strawberries, and peaches slammed me straight in the face, and a girl came running inside, and seemed to be apologizing to the teacher for being late. Then she turned and I was met with the girls eyes, and then everything stopped around me, and all I could see were the most beautiful green eyes I had ever seen.

I hope that this story so far was somewhat interesting, tell me if you enjoyed it, I have no idea if I should continue the story, although I have much more of the story in mind. Anyway bye.
