Hi, welcome to my diary. My name is Cassie, I'm 22 and I just moved to Hawaii and live with my best friend Zack. I'm an up and coming music photographer, that's actually how Zack and I met. I was doing a photoshoot about a year ago with his band, All Time Low, and ever since then, he and I have been inseparable! Two months ago, I decided that it was time for me to spread my wings, so Zack encouraged me to leave my small town in North Carolina to move in with him in Hawaii. He was going on a festival tour with his band and he asked me to come with them to be their tour photographer! I of course said yes, this is such a huge opportunity for me!
>> Fast forward to today >>
We were set to leave my new home and start the tour off in my best friend and his buddies' hometown of Baltimore in two weeks. I was online texting my other best friend Raphy, who lives in France, about the tour when he surprised me.

"Are you excited about the tour?"
"Omg yes! I'm so excited to finally live out my dream of being a photographer on tour and I get to do it with my best friend!"
"I am so excited for you! Are you nervous about being stuck on a tour bus with Rian for a couple of months though?"
(I had a crush on one of Zack's bandmates, Rian. We hadn't talked much, but every time we talked, I got butterflies in my stomach. He was always so kind and made me feel welcomed. Zack and Raphy being my best friends obviously knew about my feelings.)
"I'm trying not to think about that. It's going to be hard spending so much time with him, not being able to tell him how I feel. I wish you were going to be there though, it would make it a lot better."
"Yeah about that... you know how I'm super close with the lead singer, Alex right?"
"Yeah?"
"Well, I told him about how badly I want to come to the US to finally meet you and him in person and he suggested that I come out to Baltimore for a couple of days to spend some time with him and the last day I'll be there, will be the day of the show so I get to hang out with you!"
"AHHHH THIS IS THE MOST EXCITING NEWS EVER! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU AND HANG OUT IN PERSON!"
"I know, me neither!! I gotta go, it's late here. It's time for me to go to bed, talk to you tomorrow!"
"Okay, goodnight!"
I ran out of my room downstairs into the kitchen where Zack was making a smoothie and told him the great news.

"Ahh, that's awesome! I've been dying to meet Raph, we'll be the Three Musketeers!"
"Yes, it's going to be so much fun!"
"I'm so excited that you get to tour with us, I think you'll really like it! Plus you'll get to know the boys better, especially a certain one." *wink wink*
"I know, this is going to be so much fun! I can't wait for these two weeks to fly by!"
I hurry back to my room after stealing Zack's smoothie to write all of this. I probably will be too busy packing and getting ready to write in here, so see you in two weeks!
