"Claire come here." my father motioned with his hand. I quietly obyed. "Yes Papa?" I climbed up the window seat. "Claire look out there please." I looked out the frost coverd window I saw a tall boy throwing snowballs. "Do you know who that is my dear?" I nodded my head excitedly. "Yes Papa thats Jack Frost one of the guardians."
He smiled sweetly at me. "Good, promise me this Claire, never ever go near Jack, though he is a good gaurdian he is a trouble maker and i don't want you to follow his ways. Promise me that dear." slowly I nodded "Okay Papa."
He rubbed my head and walked away. I went back to looking out the window Jack had left and with him the falling snow. "Why didn't papa want me near him?"
