What if Enji Todoroki had a daughter as his eldest child, with the replica of his quirk but even stronger?
Where she will change the route of BNHA that results to this story: filled with fun, entertainment, and scenarios of the man known for being...
After a while, Enji had gone out to the flower garden of the hospital. There were other patients here too, wanting to have a smell of the aroma while viewing the beautifully blooming flowers. He stopped by the fountain in the middle of the place.
"So... What did you want to talk about?" He asked while taking a seat on the edge of the fountain in front of her.
Homusubi took in a deep breath before hanging her head low. Preparing for what she wants to say ever since she woke up. It touched her heart, seeing her family cry for her like that. She felt bad for having them think she was gone.
"I wanted to say sorry."
Enji grew quiet as he stared at her genuinely. Letting her speak her mind like what he should've done in the beginning.
"I'm sorry for being... bad to you... For being disrespectful... For being someone who isn't me." She holds back her tears as memories of her giving a bad attitude to him flashed before her eyes. It was the worst phase she had gone through. "I'm really really sorry. And I hope-- *sniffle*-- I hope that you'll forgive me--"
Enji cut her off when he reached out to wipe those tears away. Every time he sees his children cry, his heart tears apart by a centimetre. He couldn't bear to look at them be in pain, sadness, or sorrow. As a father, all he wanted is to make them happy.
"I was wrong too. I constricted you from... finding your own happiness. I thought in the beginning that we, your family, was enough, even though I knew you needed other people too."
"Don't say that you guys aren't enough!" She didn't hold back her tears anymore while glaring at him, "Trust me when I say this... all of you are more than enough to fill my needs but-- but it's just-- family and friends are different."
He let his pride down and let her open up what she's been keeping in her heart.
"To be honest..." She whimpered while wiping her tears, "I felt angry that you were so strict. I didn't want to fall back from my friends. I wanted to keep up with them. Seeing them stray far away from me makes me feel like the world is against me. I'm... sorry... if I'm like this."
"No. I'm sorry too..." A moment of silence falls on them, having this sweet moment be engraved in their minds as they thought about what they were wrong about. Not until a grumbling noise comes out of their stomachs. They burst into laughter of embarrassment.
"Let's go have some snack, there's a food stall nearby." He chuckled while standing up, patting her head before grabbing the wheelchair to push her again.
She smiles cheekily with a small blush, before dropping her smile when a question pops in her mind, "We were passed out for one week. So... who was taking care of Touya and the others?"
A large figure stands in their way, busting his chest out while wearing a bright smile.
