Izuku despite having an IQ of over 400 he's still quirkless and upon All Might telling him he can't be a Hero he decides to put his intelligence to good use by creating the Power's based on his favorite comics... The Speed Force.
Over the past month Izuku has pretty much Master the Speed Side of his powers including Phasing even stealing speed
The only thing Izuku hasn't figured out is Time Travel
Because in Theory The Neutral Speed Force Generator would grant Time Travel abilities he just hasn't figured it out
Oh and Izuku has also become one of the richest people on Earth because of selling his Villain Alert System turning it into Security Systems, Phone Apps various other stuff and is still coming out with new uses for it
As of right now Izuku is currently building a Castle for him and Inko
