Jacqueline's POV
I walk to campus with Jasmine, clutching my lunchbox nervously. "Are you ready for a scarily good time?" Jasmine asked, smiling. "Not really, Jazzy.'' I say, frowning. "I'm actually kind of nervous." We walk to first period. I wave to people who notice me from my dad. I take a big huff and read the name. Mr. Goblin's class. I sigh. I put my phone in my backpack and walk in. Jasmine waves and I wave back. "Alright class, back to learning about what to do and what NOT to do when it comes to scaring humans." I click my mechanical pencil. Dad said he had some surprises when we got home. I wonder what they could be. 90 minutes pass, and I groan. I walk to the restroom. I heard some soft crying. "Hello? Is anyone in here?" I ask. The crying stops. "Hello?" the voice asked. The stall creaks open. A girl with white hair and red streaks pops out. "Hi, I'm Valentina Vampire." she says. "I'm Jacqueline Skellington, I'm sure you know me because of my dad." I say, chuckling. "Cool." she says, smiling. "You wanna come to lunch?" I ask. "Yeah, that'll be fun!" she says gleefully.
