The sound of thousands of screaming teenage girls rang in your ears as Harry and the boys went on stage, starting up the concert. You smiled as you got to watch your boyfriend live his dream, knowing he was happy.

But your cheerful grin quickly faded as yet another of those odd abdominal craps swept through. You bent forward, clutching where it hurt, squeezing your eyes shut. What were these? Were you getting your period? Was it just something you ate? You did not know, but the pains had been going on for two days at that point, getting worse and worse. On top of that, you were also experiencing feverish body temperatures on and off and loss of appetite. You kept it hidden from anyone else, though, since it would only worry Harry and he'd want to cancel the concert all together to look after you.

Despite being in pain, you ignored it the best you could and returned your attention to the concert, wanting to support Harry.

Thank god you were backstage, because when the concert was wrapping up, you felt a pain so strong you collapsed to the floor, drawing a crowd around you.

"Ah!" You whimpered loudly.

"Rachel! What's wrong?!" A panicked and worried Lou asked you, getting onto her knees beside you.

"I-I don't know!" You cried, "My stomach hurts so bad, Lou! Please, I n-need Harry!"

Someone dashed off to get him for you. You hated that this would end the concert early, but it was already just about over. In a minute, Harry came sprinting onto the scene, all sweaty from adrenaline.

"Rachel!" He shouted in horror once he saw you laying helplessly and in pain. You had curled up, with your knees to your chest. "Baby, what happened?!"

"My stomach hurts so much, Harry! It feels like I'm being stabbed!"

"Someone call an ambulance!" Harry demanded, before lovingly returning his undivided attention to you. He pulled your head into his lap and ran his fingers through your hair. "You're going to be okay, Rach. I'm here, it's alright baby."

You were crying by the time the squad arrived. They hoisted your body up onto the stretcher, and the movement made the pain more severe. Harry climbed into the ambulance next to you, holding your hand and kissing your face every now and then. He wanted to ease your pain and nerves any way he could. He hated seeing you in this state.

You were taken to the nearest hospital. The other band members arrived, too, and the media was already beginning to blow up with rumors about the ordeal.

You were given medications for the pains, and tests were ran on you to determine what was wrong.

"Harry, what's happening to me?" You cried softly. You were just so confused, and the physical pain was so much to have to bear, so you broke down in tears.

"I don't know, Rach," He squeezed your hand with assurance, "But I do know that I'm not going to let anything bad happen to you. If they don't know what's going on, then I'm going to fly us out of here and get you to a new doctor, okay? I love you." He kissed your forehead.

"I love you too, Harry."

The doctor returned back to your little room, with a sympathetic look on his face. "Okay, Rachel, we've got a diagnosis. It's appendicitis."

You gasped- partly because of your stomach being hurt, and partly because of shock. "W-What?" you stuttered.

"Are you serious?" Harry asked.

"Yes. It's a good thing you came to us this soon. If you hadn't things could get much more severe for her." The doctor explained, "However, you will need an operation immediately, Rachel. I'm afraid we have to have you down in the surgical theater in half an hour or so."

"Harry..." You whined, feeling terrified.

"It's okay, baby. Just trust the doctor. You'll be fine, I promise."

*4 hours later*

You were awake, but barely. The surgery was over with, and you were exhausted, feeling like you could fall asleep at any moment. They put you in a normal, cozy room, and you had an IV in your arm. All you wanted to do was see your boyfriend, who was worried sick for you out in the halls. While you were in surgery, the boys had to keep him calm the entire time, to keep him from falling apart. That's the kind of boyfriend Harry was- he was rock solid for your sake, but otherwise he'd be panicking over whether or not you'd be alright.

Finally, Harry came in to see you. You smiled, despite how much energy you were lacking. "Harry."

"Rachel!" He smiled so widely to see that you were okay. He ran to your side and kissed your lips passionately, but carefully, "Oh god I'm so glad you're alright. See? I told you."

"Hm," You laughed, "Guess you're always right. I'm so lucky."

Harry kissed you're hand and looked deep into your eyes, "No, Rachel. I've always been the lucky one in this relationship."
