Full Moon

"don't play dumb, you don't think I noticed the one on your arm" James laughed,

"all right fine!" Clara jeered and pulled up her sleeve to expose her other tattoo, "happy now James!" she huffed angrily.

"I won't tell mum and dad, calm down" James laughed,

"she's cute when she's angry" Sirius muttered to Peter who laughed,

"thank you for not telling mum and dad. But do not tell me to calm down" she folded her arms, clearly not calmed. 

"Well James, let's go get a few more detentions" Peter suggested getting up,

"okay!" James agreed happily,

"I'll be in my dorm if anyone needs me" Remus got up and walked up the stairs to his dorm.

"Yeah I think I'll go too" Clara said getting up,

"no, wait!" Sirius jolted quickly standing up from the couch,

"what's up?" Clara asked looking at him,

"do you want to go to Hogsmeade this weekend?" He asked nervously,

"you mean like together?" Clara blushed,

"yeah" Sirius nodded,

"I'd love too" she smiled sweetly before making her way up to her dormitory.

Sirius Black asked me out! Yessss! she spoke to herself in her head as she danced around her dorm happily, 

"Clara" Lily exclaimed as she walked in their dorm, "don't you look happy" she laughed,

"oh yes! Sirius asked me out!" She sang as she turned around in circles,

"really! Well that's great!" Lily told her smiling,

"I know!" "I think I'll invite him to come as my date to Slughorns party!" She pondered in thought.

"That is a good idea" Lily nodded,

"how about you? Have you asked James?" Clara asked her,

"oh yes, I just came to tell you" Lily answered, "when I asked him he didn't wait a moment to say yes!" She laughed,

"and that is how we confirm it's the real James!" Clara laughed with Lily.

At around six...

The five marauders excluding Clara went under the invisibility cloak, Clara cast the disillusionment charm on herself and followed behind the marauders. They walked out of the castle and to the whomping willow, Peter transformed into a rat and pressed the knot on the tree causing the branches to stop swinging. They all walked in and transformed as Remus turned into a wolf. 

They hung around until the moon went down and Remus transformed back, "that was a long night" Peter sighed tiredly when he transformed back,

"indeed" Clara yawned,

"let's go back" James agreed,

"can't we just walk in without anything?" Clara asked,

"if you want to get in trouble, sure" Remus riddiculed,

"let's just go" Sirius laughed. 

They walked back to the castle, as the wind blew in her face making her hair flow behind her, Clara remembered something important. "Hey Sirius" she called out as she ran up to walk beside him, 

"yes?" He answered looking at her

"Slughorn invited me and Lily for a dinner party and we're supposed to bring a date" she started,

"the Slug Club?" Sirius asked,

"yeah" "do you maybe wanna come?" She asked nervously,

"sure" he smiled, she blushed and continued walking towards the castle beside him and James.

They four boys pulled the cloak over them, "I think we can fit one more person" James lifted the cloak slightly, "I know casting that charm makes you tired"

"besides, you're shorter than all of us, you won't add any height" Sirius agreed,

"yeah, come" Remus nodded, and Peter nodded agreeably

she smiled happily and ran under the cloak with them.

They walked up the staircase to the common room, "ouch! That was my foot!"

"Hey!"

"Stop pushing!"

"I'm not pushing, you're pushing!"

"Guys! Ms. Norris!" Clara gasped, "quick go!". They ran quickly as Ms. Norris went to get Filch,

"flobberworm" Sirius gasped and the portrait swung open, they ran inside and whipped off the cloak. 

"That was close" Remus laughed,

"good eye Vixen" James agreed,

"I'm going to bed" Peter yawned and Remus followed him,

"I don't think I can sleep" Clara sat on the couch and began reading a book,

"well I'll leave you two" James grinned and ran up the stairs.

"So, how's life" Sirius began as he sat down next to her and put his arm around her shoulders, 

"ever changing" she answered smiling and she yawned and placed her head on his shoulder. Clara fell asleep after a few minutes of talking, as Sirius watched her eyes close slowly and gently, he smiled and fell asleep as well.
