"Mujhe nahi pata Bhai, tum hi jaakar pooch lo!" He said, ignoring her glare.

(I don't know, you go and ask him!)

"You and your habit of leaving everyone behind for food. This is ridiculous David!" Laali said, as she started to get up from her chair. When she was gently pushed back down by Rohit.

"Maa, he has been like that for the past 2 months, you are just noticing it now because he let his walls down to concentrate on his thoughts today. Anyways he has come home after so long today. Last time I went to meet him, he was in his apartment. Just sitting there and looking around. When I asked him how long has it been since you last went out, he just ignored my question. I think this whole seriousness is because of his upcoming movie, Badlapur." Rohit said, while taking a toast on his plate.

"You know just to maintain his dark character. He is dwelled in that right now." He said, while trying to take a bite out of David's parantha. Which was a failed attempt because his hand was slapped away immediately.

Varun could hear everything they said, but he chose not to concentrate on that. There were a lot of things in his mind, he rather be thinking about.

The past year had been a huge success for the actor. The different roles he decided to show the audience, made the people realize how good of an actor he is. He worked to his best ability. In fact work became his exit from the mess his life had become.

The mess that he had thought of cleaning up a lot of times, but he fell weak to his guilt. The relationship rumors of him and Natasha were getting worse. The fact that the whole nation believed his bluff, surprised him. Natasha was an option. An option he had chosen, to get out of the problem he had gotten himself into. She was the key to dissolving the buzz that was created about him and Alia. It worked. The controversy of the invisible girl was dissolved. Nobody questioned about it anymore. After all everyone was more interested in the brewing story between him and Dalal.

This whole situation was supposed to be an act, but in the past few months it had turned into something much deeper.

In all this mayhem, Natasha had fallen for him. Not in love, but in obsession.

When they first started fake dating, to bluff everyone, he thought that maybe she was the one. He thought, her subtle touches and enchanting eyes were what made him fall for her. But soon he realized it wasn't love, it was a mere attraction. Attraction to something different. It's human nature. If a human thinks something or someone is different from others, they would want it.

He thought she was different to other girls, as she didn't throw herself on him. But he soon realized that it would have been better if she was like other girls.

Natasha had made herself believe, that the faux relationship between her and Varun was not so faux anymore. She had turned herself into an obsessive and demanding girlfriend.

He was regretting this whole charade. He wanted to tell her, that she was just taking the whole relationship thing too seriously. He even tried to tell her before, but she reacted so emotionally to the news. She claimed that she was in love with him and if he were to leave, she wouldn't be able to live on.

He knew exactly what she meant by that and he didn't want her to end up like that, so he decided to go with her flow.

He was now entrapped, in a trap that he created for himself.

He was the one that decided to take her on their first real date, without telling their manager.

The biggest mistake of his fucking life. What's worse is that he was warned before he did that. She had warned him. She whom he didn't want to talk about, because she takes up all of his mind.
