Three years ago

Harry had managed to get some time off so that we could spend some time together and so that he could see family and other friends. He'd just turned 18, and I felt young now, considering I'm still 18.

H: "Hey, love, come here." Harry called from the living room.

I left the kitchen and went over to him, sitting down beside him.

Y/N: "What's up?" I asked and looked at him.

H: "Okay, so...As you know, I'm going on tour again soon..."

I nodded my head slightly: he knew I didn't like it when he went on tour, because I couldn't go with him and it meant spending very little time together.

H: "I know you don't like it when I go on tour, so I've decided that this time, I'm going to try and spend a lot more time with you. Whenever I have free time, I will try and spend time with you." He smiled.

Y/N: "Thank you, Harry." I smiled back.

H: "I also want to give you my necklace. I know it's nothing much, but it's something that I always keep with me and brings me luck. I want you to have it because it means a lot to me, and I know that if it means a lot to me then it will mean a lot to you."

He then took off the necklace and carefully placed it in my hands.

Y/N: "Harry, are you sure?"

H: "I'm more than sure. I know nothing will happen between us, but you can have this as a constant reminder that I'm always here and close to your heart."

I hugged him tightly. I was speechless.

Y/N: "I have no words. Thank you so much, I love you so much."

H: "I love you too. I want you to know that I won't let anything happen between us, you're too special to let go of." He whispered.

Present Time

Liar. It was all bullshit. All of it. He did let me go, and he didn't even try to fix things. He just let it happen. That's why I took off his necklace: it reminded me so much of him, and the reason why he gave it to me meant nothing to me now. It was so ridiculous.

I groaned and stared at the ceiling. I never thought I'd say this, but I need some fresh air. I got up out of bed and made myself look a bit presentable, and then left my house and wandered around the area. I decided to head to a park nearby, which is the one Harry and I used to go to. I let the gentle breeze brush through my hair, and just let my feet take me wherever.

Suddenly, when I looked up from the ground, I saw a familiar figure in the distance. I squinted my eyes a bi,t and they were fairly tall with long, and kind of curly, hair. I tried my best to work out who it was, but when the figure turned around, and I saw the emerald green eyes shining in the sun and his wide smile with dimples, I knew who it was: Harry Styles.

My heart started beating at a rate it probably shouldn't be beating at, and my mind was all over the place. I was completely numb right now and found myself staring at him in shock. Ironically, he looked at me, and we made direct eye contact, and he froze in his position as his face fell. I couldn't read his face, meaning I couldn't get any sort of idea of how he was feeling. I kept telling myself to walk away, but my feet went from carrying me to wherever to not moving at all.

Suddenly, he started moving towards me and I began to panic more. It felt like it took forever for him to get to me, and it felt like we were the only two people on the planet. Eventually, he was stood in front of me and he was looking down on me, clearly examining me.
