When I finally wake up, Ali is already out of my bed. Kinda saddens me, honestly. I hurt him last night and I need to make up for it. I sit up, not really wanting to but I slept for eleven hours, and check my phone. No messages, which if normal since we're not supposed to have our phones at camp. I stand up, Ali isn't in his bed so where is he? Bathroom I suppose. I walk over to the bathroom door and knock. Nothing.

I slowly open the bathroom door and Alexis is sitting on the floor with his blade next to him. I quickly rush over to him and lightly grab his arm. There's no fresh cuts. "Instead of doing that, maybe you should talk to me. Hmm?" I suggest, hoping to get him out of this saddened state. He nods and I stand up, helping him up as well. We head back into the bedroom and onto my bed.

"You can talk or cry if you need to." I sit, he sits as well but farther away than usual. "I-I'm sorry... I didn't want to make you sad or worry I just wanted to... You know." He sighs. I stretch my arms out and he listens and comes into my hug. "I like you, I d-do... But you don't want anything serious and I can't help but feel like it's because you don't want me and you m-may want someone el-else." He leans into me more. "I can't help but feel it, I'm sorry." He wipes a tear.

"I do want you, but are you ready for a relationship at the moment? Tell me if you are and-" "No! I-I know your n-not ready so I can't as-ask you to be wi-with m-me." He says. "I'm ready if you are, but are you sure?" I ask. "I am ready... I j-just wanted to give you time." He says, not bothering to look at me. "I want to be with you, but I'm not ready to come out to everyone yet? I... Is that okay?" I ask, I hope he doesn't want to be public.

He nods. "Well that's no way to ask you out." I giggle. "We should go on a date tonight, then I'll ask you." I add. "A d-date? I don't have anything nice to wear." He looks up at me sadly. "That's alright, you look good no matter what. I'll plan the whole date, okay?" I ask. "Sure. What type of date like fancy restaurant or movies?" He asks. "You'll see. I'll even pick your outfit." I giggle and so does he. "Okay. A date, wow." He smiles at the ground. "Alright." I push him off of me lightly.

"I have a date to plan so you should shower and everything and I'll be back later." I smile and leave the cabin, grabbing my coat and smiling once more at Ali. This is going to be great, I don't know much about his dating preferences but I'll for sure try to make it something that he likes. Something romantic because I know he loves the smallest gestures. He reads a lot of romance so maybe I should do something like in a book? Maybe google things?

I'm overthinking. Ali will love anything I do for him, he's sweet like that. I'll just do what I think he'll like. I'm sure he'll love it. Now I just have to get it prepared and get everything ready. Shouldn't be too hard, right? I'll shower and do everything after I get it set up. It'll be the best first date ever. Well, for Ali because I've dated before. But never a guy so I wonder if it'll be weird. It'll probably just be different though.

So now here I am, a day later, in a car with no information where we're going. He didn't even tell me anything about this date, just picked my outfit. I look down and realize it isn't even mine, it's his outfit. It's a bit big on me but I like it. It smells like Dk. Is that weird? I really enjoy his smell, it's unique. He smells good, like flowers. "Where are we going?" I ask once again, though I know he won't tell me. "Surprise." He smiles, looking at me before putting his eyes back on the rode.

"I don't like surprises." I mumble. "But I l-like you so I'll deal." I add, I don't look at him but I can tell he's smiling at my answer. "Great! I hope you like the date." He giggles. "I'm sure I'll love it, your great so I trust you won't murder me?" I raise an eyebrow. He laughs, "Of course I will kill you." I glance his way and he's smiling. I love that it's me making him smile. "I'd let you." I giggle. "Don't say that. I'd never hurt you." He says.

"I-I was kidding." I mumble. "Me too." He chuckles. We arive not long later, it's near four o'clock. "We're here, you ready?" He asks, smiling at me. "Yeah, nervous a bit though." I admit. "I'll be here to help with that. Hold my hand?" He asks. I nod and we get out of the car. "It isn't far, about a five minute walk." He says, grabbing my hand, I let him.

We arive and it's absolutely fucking perfect. There's food set down on a big blanket next to a lake. It's surrounded by trees so we get privacy. "It's... Amazing." I turn to him, looking up into his beautiful green eyes. "I love it! It's so perfect, I just can't even! N-no ones ever done anything l-like this for me! I love it so much thank you!" I basically yell and pull him into a hug. "Here, have a seat please." He leads me to the pond and we sit down across from each other.

"I don't know what food you like so I cooked a bunc-" "YOU C-COOKED FOR ME?!" I basically yell at him. He smirks, "Of course, do you like it?" He asks me. "How did you have time? I-I..." He interrupts me. "I made do. Do you like it?" He asks. I frantically nod like a idiot. "This is the nicest thing anyones ever done for me. Thank you..." I feel like crying of happyness, which is weird because I'm usually crying for other reasons. He smiles, "So glad you like it." "I'd probably like anything you do for me." I giggle and he chuckles.

We make small talk, just things about us that are important and stuff about our families. We even end up talking about our friends, and he said he wants to meet mine. I'm kinda skeptical about it but we have been hanging out quite a lot and my friends are getting curious. "Strawberries are my favorites!" I practically moan as I taste it. "Well I see that now." He giggles and my face heats up. "Shuddup..." I mumble and he giggles. Best date ever.
