Charlie looked over at Elaina.
Charlie: "Yeah but..you never even tried to explain yourself from the beginning. When you said you would be the lead of investigating, you just said 'we'd have to take your word for it, that we could trust you."
Elaina's eyes began to fill up with tears.
Elaina: "Guys, it's not me! Vinny is trying to frame me! If you vote me out, we'll ALL be done for! Please just...Trust me!!" Elaina said clearly distressed.
Annie began shaking. She didn't know who to believe.
Annie: "I..I need a moment..." Annie said with a shaky voice. She ran into the bedroom of the apartment and slammed the door shut. She sat on the corner of the bed, sobbing uncontrollably. She felt completely trapped.
Suddenly, she heard a grunt noise. Not from outside the room though, but inside. Close to her. She looked around the room but saw nothing.
Annie: "H-hello..?" She said hesitantly. "Is someone in here..?"
Out of nowhere, a head popped out from under the bed, scaring Annie. Annie flew back, with a scream, and fell off the edge of the bed.
Annie: "Wh-who are-"
???: "Hey hey, quiet down, I won't hurt you, and before you ask, no, I ain't the killer.." The girl got up from under the bed, but not fully. It was easy to tell that she was still on her knees.
???: "My name is Elizabeth...Nice to meet you." She said as she laid her arms up on the bed.
Annie stared at Elizabeth, confused.
Annie: "Wait, how are you here?! WHY are you here?! Who..." She asked, confused.
Elizabeth: "I'm not the killer, don't worry. This all probably seems crazy, but.. I am the "Chlorine" person...Or, uh, fish."
Annie: "...What? How is that possible? Chlorine is.."
Elizabeth: "I know, you think he's dead, right? You'd be wrong. 'Chlorine' was just a costume. I was the person inside that costume."
Annie: "But how are you alive..."
Elizabeth: "The killer TRIED to get me, but failed. I was lucky to escape with mild injuries."
Annie: "I see..but, why were you in a costume..?"
Elizabeth: "I'll explain that later. Right now, I need to show you something very important."
Elizibeth pulled out what looked to be a notepad from under the bed, and handed it to Annie.
Annie: "What..is this?"
Elizabeth: "A journal.. Vinny's journal."
Annie: "Vinnies journal..? Where did you get this?"
Elizabeth: "Once you open it, everything will be revealed to you. Open it."
After a moment of hesitation, Annie opened the journal.
The journal read..
Vinny: "Day 1 at my new school...It's okay, I guess. I've been getting weird looks..is it because of my appearance?" Annie flipped a few pages.
Annie: "Vinny's...School journal..?"
Elizabeth: "Keep reading."
Annie flipped to the middle of the journal. Her eyes widened.
Vinny: "I'm so miserable..Everyone hates me. They tell me I'm ugly and that I shouldn't exist..They're so cruel.. Especially ELAINA. I HATE her."
Annies eyes widened. A rush of memories suddenly came flooding into her head.
