Chapter 20: By my side even from across the ocean

Shehnaaz did not know what to do, what she had started in jest yesterday seemed to have taken a life of its own and she really did not care for any of the rest of it other than the fact that Sidharth was now at a distance, he seemed happy with Mallika, seemed to be so comfortable seductively sharing strawberries with Arti and even laughing and sharing a great camaraderie with Paras and Mahira and even a shefali zariwala. Everything he did with them seemed to take her farther away from him. The jealous word triggered emotions in her that confused her and overtook her.
