"She is the first female student."

Before I sat down, I caught sight of Todd Anderson.

Dad carried my bags for me as we made our way to my dorm room, which was at the end of the senior boys hall.

"Allison Reid" was written on a door so I opened it with my key.

"Well that's it." Dad said as he put my bags on my bed.

"I guess." I said looking down at my feet.

"Look if you need anything, just call. OK?" I nodded.

"OK. Bye dad." We did a awkward hug and after that he left.

After waiting a minute before leaving my door, locking it and made my way down the hall to look for Todd.

I walked by a room with boys standing around the door, looking into that said room, I saw Todd.

I let out a squeal as the boys held their ears, and looked at me.

But I didn't care, I ran pushing past them into the room and jumped into Todd's arms.

"You son of a bitch. Why didn't you tell me you were coming here!" I pulled away.

"Me? I thought you were in New York."

"My dad wanted me here for my senior year, so here I am." I sat down on his bed.

The boys looked at me and I rose a brow at them.

"You all know my name, unless you were trying not to fall asleep during that ceremony, like I was." I flipped my lighter in my hand.

"I like you." One of them winked at me.

"Meeks. Door. Closed." He snapped his fingers.

"Yes sir." Meeks closed the door.

"Gentlemen what are the Four Pillars?"

"Travesty. Horror. Decadence. Excrement." They recited as I laughed.

"Okay. Study group. Meeks aced Latin. I didn't quite flunk English." Cigarette said.

"If you want we got our study group."

"Sure. Cameron asked me too. Anyone mind including him?" Cheek bones asked.

"Hmm what's his specialty? Bootlicking?" I chuckled taking the cigarette from him.

"Come on he's your roommate."

"That's not my fault." I handed the cigarette to Cheek Bones.

"I'm sorry. My name is Stephen Meeks." Meeks said to Todd and I.

"Oh!" Cheek Bones said.

"This is Todd Anderson." He said.

"Nice to meet you."

"Charlie Dalton." Charlie winked at me.

"Knox Overstreet." The guy beside me smiled at Todd and I.

"Todd's brother was Jeffrey Anderson."

"Oh yeah sure." Charlie said.

"Valedictorian. National Merit Scholar."

"Oh well... Welcome to Hell-ton." Meeks said, I stood up.

"It's every bit as tough as they say unless you're a genius like Meeks."

"He flatters me." I went to Cheek Bones.

"That's why I help him with Latin." I leaned down to read his name.

"And English. And trig." I grimaced.

"Neil? that's your name." I looked up at him.

"Yes?" He said unsure.

"Such a bad name for an insanely hot guy." I said there's a knock on the door.

Charlie dropped the cigarette as I stepped on it.

"It's open." Neil said as I stood beside him.

It opened as a half bald man walked in.

"Father I thought you'd gone." Neil said.

"Mr Perry." Charlie said.

"Keep your seats fellows." Mr. Perry said.

"Neil, I've just spoken to Mr Nolan. You're taking too many extracurricular activities this semester and I've decided that you should drop the school annual." I rose a brow.

"But I'm the assistant editor this year." Neil said.

"Well I'm sorry Neil."

"But Father I can't." Neil said hurt.

"It wouldn't be fair."

"Would you excuse us for a moment?" Mr. Perry asked.

They were about to leave but I spoke up.

"No, excuse me." I took a step.

"You're kind of a dick, I mean you decide what he can and can't take?" I said crossing my arms.

"You are not allowed to talk to me like that." He pointed at me.

"Well, I just did."
