"Alright everyone. We won't be having work for a week. Why? Because I'll be gone for a week to see my grandmother so you guys are free to do what you want." Zhao Lei announced with a happy face. He's been waiting for the day to come since he missed his grandmother so much.

"Nice. I'll be able to go out and hit on some girls."

"Aisshh you and your horny self."

Maria scolded Chen by pinching his ears making the rest laugh.

"Alright. Pack up and bring with you the treats we've made. We can't leave it here to rot for a week. Chen you'll be in charge of checking in daily to see if there are anything missing here. Report if you find something odd."

Xiao Zhan went to the kitchen with the help of Wang. They both began putting the food into containers.

"A-Zhan where will you go for this week?" Maria asked as she helped as well.

"I dunno. Maybe Wang and I will just stay at home."

"Oh dear. That won't do. You have a one week vacation so spend it like it's your last days. Why don't we go to the beach. Just the four of us."

"Four?"

"Yes. We'll need Chen to drive since I'm too old to drive and I don't want us to get into an accident."

Xiao Zhan gave Maria a nod. Grateful to her. She was just like his Adoptive Mother. She's caring, kind, thoughtful and wise.

"I don't have the heart to turn you down Maria so Wang and I will definitely go to the beach with you."

"Good. Now let's hurry so you and Wang can pack. We'll leave at 6 tomorrow."

Xiao Zhan happily squealed when he saw the ocean. This made the others chuckle at the cute sound he made, even Wang silenlty laughed to it.

They were going to the beach which was rented so no one will be there except Xiao Zhan and his friends. The unknown person who rented the beach was someone powerful, rich and knew Maria.

"Why aren't there any people?"

"A-Zhan. My good friend rented the whole beach for us just for today. So no one will be disturbing us especially our dear  Wang."

"Really!! Your friend must be super rich to be able to rent the whole beach. But I'm actually okay with that, at least it won't be crowded and isn't noisy."

Maria smiled at Xiao Zhan before turning to the girl who's sitting in the middle of the mini van. She felt sick earlier so they had to give her space.

"Yue dear, how do you feel now?"

"I'm feeling better Maria, thank you." Xia Yue, was Chen's girlfriend and she came along with them so Chen won't be lonely.

"Alright....we are here." Chen announced as he parked the van in the parking lot.

"Okay. That small vacation house near us is where we'll be staying for a week. It's my friend's house and he allowed me to borrow it for a week for us."

"Okay, I'm starting to think that this friend of yours isn't a sinple one. Cause that house looks expensive and this side of the beach is so well maintained. And there's already sits tables and umbrellas ready for us!" Xiao Zhan exclaimned as Wang helped him down.

"Well you could say that. But let's stop talking about my friend. Let's just get inside, change and have fun."

Xiao Zhan let out a yelp when Wang carried him piggy back style. Their bags were being handled by Chen and Maria.

"A-Zhan you and Wang will share a room since there are only three rooms in this vacation house."

"I'm okay with that. I just wished we could've taken Little Apple with us, she would've loved the sea." Xiao Zhan said as he sighed. Little Apple couldn't go with them so Maria took her to her home for the time being since no one will look after Little Apple. Maria had a grandson who likes taking care of animals so Little Apple won't be lonely.

"We can tske her next time but for now let's enjoy our one week vacation."

"Maria's right Zhan let's enjoy. Come on Yue let's take a walk."

"Alright. Wang let's get changed first."

"Yibo when will you tell A-Zhan about your amnesia being gone already?" Maria asked as she looked at Wang Yibo who's busy looking at Xiao Zhan happily collecting sea shells.

"Later."

"And when is this later. You also have to be careful Yibo. Zhan is innocent and pure, I'm afraid your father's enemies might take interest in people you both are pretty close with, and in your case it's Xiao Zhan."

"I'll protect him."

Maria sighed. She knew this would be Wang Yibo's answer. From a young child she watched how Yibo sticks to what he likes and wants and would protect that item or person even if it's with his life.

"Good. I don't want Zhan to be in grave danger because of this. He's too precious to be hurt nor used by others. Someone like him should be protected, cherished and loved..."

Maria paused as she scanned Yibo's face. The face which was void of emotion held nothing, but the eyes shows everything. The two months Yibo had known Xiao Zhan he had become very fond of him. She can see this all even when they are in the cafe.

Yibo would literally be glued to Xiao Zhan's side if he wasn't the one handling the cashier.

"And from the way I see it, you've fallen for him. It's not impossible though, who wouldn't fall for such an angel. Even with his disabled self he can still help a lot. He tries everything in his power to help everyone who needs it. If I didn't already have a son and grandchildren, I would've adopted him."

"I love him Ma. I don't know when it started but I want to give him the world, protect him and make him able to walk and run properly."

That didn't shock Maria at all. In fact she was more than happy and would help the younger pursue that said boy.

"Don't worry. Your father and I will help you. You don't have to think about approvals as your father had already given his consent."

"Thank you Ma."
