Chapter 16

Madison's POV

"I can't believe you have to leave" Pansy frowned pulling me into a tight embrace, her warmness covering my cold body

"Yeah I know but I had a great time" I gave her a small comforting smile as I pulled away from her hug

"You ready?" Draco questions behind me holding both our luggages in each hand

I nod and we face each other, we hold on to a weird looking object and close our eyes. I spin and spin, I was used to this by now but I would still feel nauseous on the aftermath.

We land in front of a dark big manor, everything was black around here, almost dead. I watch Draco beside me take a gulp and he knocks on the front door. Lucius and Narcissa open the door with my parents in back of them, Narcissa brings Draco into an embrace "Were glad you made it"

"Not like we had a choice" Draco mumbles lowly wrapping his arms around Narcissa

Narcissa then pulls me into an embrace smiling big "Welcome Madison" I hug her back and pull away a few seconds 

We walk in the Manor, my eyes scan the surroundings and I couldn't help but chuckle softly, everything was black and dull, absolutely horrifying.

"Madison" My mom calls me from behind and pulls me into an embrace, "Hi mum" I hug her back and pull away

My father pulls me into an embrace as well "Hi Madison", I smile at him and hug him back "Hi father"  I was glad father and I always had a great relationship, Lucius and my father leave to the other room and my mother and Narcissa stay

"Okay Draco can you show Madison her room" Narcissa claps her hands together and the luggages float and the elves approach

"She'll actually be staying with me, we discussed it" Draco nods towards the elves and they walk up the stairs

Narcissa and my mother look at each other and smile "Very well then, we'll see you at dinner"

Draco begins walking up the stairs and I follow, we walk down a hallway and he opens a door, I smile as I walk in, he had a pretty big bed with green satin sheets and everything was mostly black, it was honestly bigger than my room

He wraps his arms around me from behind and his chin lands on my shoulder, I sigh as I take in his scent, it was intoxicating, the kind of smell that will drug you up and leave you clinging on to it till death.

"You know your room's exactly like how I imagine it" I chuckle and walk towards the bed dragging my fingers over the sheets

"Is that so? So you imagined it?" Draco raised his eyebrows with his devilish smirk

I smirk back at him "Not the way you think of it"

"Mhm we'll see about that" He teased watching me from the other side of the bed

Draco gave me the tour of his manor in quietness, just telling me what room was what, I wouldn't wander anywhere without him, god knows what happens here, pretty scary if you ask me.

"So Madison any boyfriends back at Hogwarts?" Lucius questioned me as he drank from his glass

I looked at Draco and he looked back at me, we faced away from each other and both spoke up at the same time "Were dating"

Everyone gasped at us and Lucius smirked and raised his glass "Well, a toast to the new couple" Everyone clinked glasses and Lucius began to speak with my father

"I'm so happy for both of you" Narcissa exclaimed and put her hands on top of Draco and I's

"Very" My mother agreed and gave us a small smile, her eyes showing worry, which made me fill up with concern, I decided to question her about it later

We all ate dinner in peace, Lucius and my father talking her and there, I wasn't paying attention to them since I didn't want to know anything. I couldn't help but feel concerned for my mother, why was she so worried? Does she not like Draco?

The chairs scraped the floor as all of us began to depart the dining room, Lucius then half yelled "Draco come here"

"I'll be up there soon" Draco squeezed my hand and walked away towards his father

We all left the dining room and I approached my mother "Mum why are you worried?"

She pressed her lips into a thin line and sighed tucking a strand of hair behind my ear"Madison, it's nothing, you have no need to worry"

I twisted my lips not believing her but decided to let it go, I nodded and we exchanged goodnights, I walked back up to Draco's room and closed the door behind me in exhaustion, I just hoped my mum would let go of her worries.

Draco's POV

My father sat in front of me as I took a seat in his office, I couldn't explain how bad I despised my father, just sitting here made me angry, but scared at the same time.

"We have to discuss something, but this thing will remain between us and everyone else but Madison, at least till they get the guts to tell her" My father scoffed and shook his head

I gulped at the thought of keeping anything from her but I couldn't argue with him "I understand"

"You and Madison will get married after 8th year of Hogwarts, no exceptions" He spoke sternly making sure I heard him clearly

My breathing stopped, how could I keep something so big from her? She would hate me, and she would leave me. I couldn't afford losing her, ever. 

"O-okay" I nodded and he dismissed me with a wave not caring about my opinion or what I had to say 

I walked out of his office and began pulling on my collar feeling hot, I walked fast towards my room and walked in, Madison was reading a book on the bed when I stormed in, I slammed the door shut and her head shot up and she began making her way towards me "Draco what happened?"

"Nothing Madison" I clenched my jaw and faced my back towards her not wanting to talk

"Talk to me when your ready, I'll be here" She rubbed my arm softly and walked back towards the bed

I sighed in relief and walked to my drawer, I pulled out clean clothes and began changing in front of her, she didn't look up once, she just continued reading, I walked towards the bed and pulled the sheets over me

"You'll parents tell you, I can't be the one to tell you"  My voice thick with guilt

She looked at me from her book with a blank expression "Okay" and put her book in the nightstand, she then scooted next to me and placed her head on my chest, I began twirling her hair in my fingers as i felt her fall asleep.
