I supposed that Chishiya didn't want to discuss his time in college or what he had been up to as we walked down the busy streets of Tokyo simply because he kept silent, his usual calm exterior aggravated me a little.

It almost annoyed me, just how long we had been apart and how little he had to say to me, yet, he had always been somewhat stubborn.

With the wind brushing past our faces carefully I couldn't help but glance to Chishiya's blonde hair carefully rushing past his eyes, his loose and soft hair seemed to blow nicely along his face, it was almost a sight I wanted to never look away from.

"What are you looking at?" Hummed the boy, and Chishiya turned to me with an eyebrow peeked with curiosity. His lips seemed to be parted gently, almost as if he was going to speak again, and despite wanting him to speak so desperately I found myself interrupting him before he could make one of his annoying remarks.

"What do you mean 'what am I looking at?'" I managed, "You're taking me somewhere, and I don't know where" I finalised, feeling somewhat proud of my weak words towards the smirking boy.

Chishiya had waited for me as promised at the hospital, and he had announced he would take us somewhere together - He never stated just where this location was.

So I was trusting him a lot more than he expected, simply because I didn't like to go out much these days.

He simply chuckled, finding that he walked a little closer to my body in the busy crowds surrounding the streets. It was almost like he wanted to be seen with me now, and that made me a little aggravated.

He was always aggravating, but it was the type of attitude that made me feel strangely happy. There was something about his calm demeanour and exacerbating nature that simply pushed me towards him.

"It's a secret"

We carried on with his words lingering in the air, I had decided against replying to his almost suspicious and unsettling words that simply irked me, if I was to reply to him I was sure I would've ended up fighting him - At least that would make for some entertainment on our uninteresting walk together.

I felt foolish for almost hoping that we could reconnect when I, better than anyone, knew simply what he was like.

Chishiya sighed loudly, his footsteps coming to a halt as he looked up ahead of him.

My eyes drifted away from his face and into the same place his brown eyes were staring, and I found myself smiling a little. "An arcade? What is this? A date?" I snorted playfully as I followed him inside.

"Of course not" Chishiya grunted, "It's the arcade we used to go to as kids, it's changed, hasn't it?"

Feeling a little bad for not understanding the location of the arcade and not recognising that it was the same place simply because of the renovations I merely smiled awkwardly as I looked around. It definitely looked different, with more up to date games and more inhabitants it almost looked extremely dissimilar to how it once was. "Mhm, it doesn't look like the same place" I managed, swallowed alive in my own discomfort.

"Let's go... I don't want to stare at the games" Chishiya stated as he grabbed my wrist, his soft fingers found themselves digging a little harsher into my skin than they needed to, but it didn't bother me as I noticed the excitement make it's way onto his face as he smiled a little.

"You always enjoyed the arcade simply because you could win at every game" I stated as I watched the boy make his stand on the first game, he looked back at me with an eyebrow raised and a playful smile.

A playful smile, something I wouldn't have predicted from him. "Mhm, that's right. They're easy to crack" he stated, hitting a button on the game ahead of him, despite being able to find his way through any game Chisiya always managed to have fun.

His smile was always plastered on his face and his eyes seemed so concentrated, it was nice to see him in a different state. Of course, I played too, but I wasn't as serious as the blonde beside me, he almost seemed to make every arcade game out to be such a serious matter it was almost frightening just how competitive he was.

Even if it was against me he didn't let his guard down, and whatever I did in an attempt to beat him proved to be useless for he was so evaluative and smart with his body it almost felt like a waste of time to even try going against him.

Chishiya threw the tickets we earned towards me, and I couldn't help but roll my eyes lightly as I shoved them into my bag in hopes that the little pieces of paper could at least get us something good and as long as it was not something small I would be thankful.

"We should go to that game over there, what do you think?" The boy quizzed, and he pointed to a game ahead of us, it seemed to be isolated, a small box with the sun shining on it, it was almost like a photo box as it was impossible to see the inside of the cube with the curtains that were blocking anyone from seeing the inside inhabitants, it was clear the game was a zombie shooting game from the unsettling paintings on the side.

I glanced towards Chishiya, "Don't you think it looks a little spooky?" I quizzed gently, the box seemed to make me unseasy and I couldn't understand why, I blamed it down to the drawings on the side, but I wasn't too sure. I assumed it was because in the busy arcade this was the only game not occupied.

"Come on" Chishiya chuckled, and he placed an arm over my shoulder causing me to look up at him in a flustered state. "Don't be a wimp about it"

"Fine" I replied, defeated.
