With those thoughts I finished packing up the common room and left for the great hall. My eyes skimming over the Aztec words that transported my mind away from silly teenage drama and onto dark, mysterious and frightening rituals of the ancient.

November 3rd, March 10th, February 22nd, March 27th and May 5th were all very well known dates in Hogwarts. Mostly because the boys made a huge deal out of their birthdays and made sure everyone in the school knew today was their day or mine.

Today just happened to be November 3rd.

I buzzed with excitement as I ran around my dorm. The groans and muffled 'shut up fawn!'s being shouted at me from my dorm mates. Who I'm sure hate me for being up at 6:30 on a Wednesday morning.

"I'm sorry! I'll literally be gone in ten!" I replied to Marlene and Mary who were still in their beds with their pillows over their heads. Lily was in the bathroom. She was always the early bird in the dorm and I appreciated her being up with me.

I left my brown hair down, the usual curl giving it a nice wave and made it look like I actually put some effort into it. I quickly swiped Mary's mascara and applied it to my lashes before I threw it onto her bed.

"Lily? Did you see my-" I didn't get to finish my sentence as the strawberry blonde opened the bathroom door and held up my red and gold tie with a bright grin on her face.

"It's always a laugh seeing you 'marauders 'on each other's birthday" Lily giggled. I took the tie from her hand with a bright smile and a rushed 'thanks'.

"It's always chaos!" I laugh and do the tie as quickly as I can before I'm picking up my white leather bag and slipping my feet into my usual black flats.

"No. You are chaos" Lily smirked and shook her head as I tripped over my duvet that lay messily on my bed.

"I'm ok!" I shout and jump up from the floor to send the red head one last bright smile before I was tumbling out of our dorm and running towards the boys.

I didn't even bother to knock. I just flung the door open and was greeted by three sleeping boys and one dressed Remus Lupin. Said boy snapped his head up to the door and grinned at my figure as he gestured for me to close the door.

"Oh grand! I was afraid I'd miss waking him up" I giggled and threw my bag onto James' bed with an extra and unnecessary amount of strength. James grunted as the bag hit him stomach and he sat up right. His hair a mess and his eyes squinting around the room to try figure out what woke him up.

"I see you're still angry. Even though it's been three bloody days" He grumbled and snatched his glasses off of the bedside locker. He moved my bag so it was on the end of his bed and threw the duvet off of his body. He tilted his head to look at me and sent me a cheeky wink.

"I missed your pretty face" he mumbled and cupped my jaw with his strong hand. He leaned up and pressed a quick kiss to my lips before I backed away and scrunched my nose.

"No- morning breath" I cringed and rolled my eyes at the laughter that bubbled from his lips. His hazel eyes twinkled with mischief and I knew he was up to something. He soon jumped up from the bed and wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him and pressing another sweet kiss to my lips. I rolled my eyes but none the less fluttered my eyes closed and returned the kiss.
