My eyes flickered down to the grounds of the castle. A small smile dancing across my face as I saw the four figures of boys walking tiredly back towards the castle. Although it seemed Remus was being helped up by James and Sirius.

I quickly ran down the stairs of the tower and out towards the courtyard. My black flats slapping against the ground as I ran towards the sad and tired looking group.

"You leave for one night and everything goes to shit!" I shout over the winds and grin as the boys heads snap up and they face me. A loud laugh echos over the empty grasslands outside the courtyard as Remus pushes himself out of Sirius and James's hold.

"That tends to happen a lot" he shrugs sarcastically but opens his arms and allows me to give him a gentle and quick hug.

"Nice to see no new scars on your face. Mary would be devastated" I teased lightly to the brunette boy who scoffed and rolled his eyes as he pushed me away and started to walk up to the castle with Peter by his side.

"Nice to see you two are fine for once" I scoff and cross my arms over my chest as James opens his arms for me. I raise an eyebrow in question to which he only rolls his eyes.

"Still annoyed at me?" He asked with a loud sigh and shakes his head as he turns to Sirius.

"Can you believe this padfoot? Her boyfriend just risked his life helping their best friend-"

"You're not my boyfriend"

"You're not her boyfriend"

"Can we stop focusing on titles for ten seconds please?!" James asks loudly and throws his hands up in the air dramatically before he follows after Remus and Peter up to the castle. His actions dramatic as usual and entirely immature.

"He'll buck up eventually" Sirius hums and drapes his arm over my shoulder as he starts to direct us back to the castle.

"He'd wanna hurry up. I'm not gonna wait around forever just to find out I was a just a fling to him" I sigh and glance back up to the colourful sky that seemed to be greeting me with hope today instead of the distraught I was faced with last night.

"Is that what you think James is doing? Using you? Fawny baby I can assure you he's not-"

"I screamed last night" I interrupted Sirius and darted my eyes to the shaggy haired boy who had stopped in his tracks and stared at me wide eyed.

"You what?!" He hissed and looked around the grounds as if there were people listening in on our conversation.

"I had another 'episode'" I started and rolled my eyes as I air quoted the word the group had decided to call my- well my episodes. "It led me to the Slytherin common rooms"

"So who's dead?" Sirius asked in confusion. His eyebrows were furrowed and his grey eyes darted from me to the castle.

"No one! Honestly I think it's a warning. Whoever this murderer is, they're going after a Slytherin next" I sighed and started to walk back towards the castle again with Sirius in tow.

"Or is the murderer" Sirius shrugs as he runs a hand through his messy hair. I rolled my eyes at his words but could neither tell him he was wrong or right. Neither I or anyone for that matter knew who the murderer was. We didn't even have any bloody clues.
