"I'm glad you feel that way. Because you will always be apart of James' and I's life. Merlin I think we'll have to buy a house with five bedrooms so there's a permanent one for you" I giggle tearfully and feel Sirius chuckle.

"Sounds like a plan Fawny baby" he replies and I glance back at the clock on the wall that read '5:55'.

"Why were you awake so early Fawny baby? And sending a letter at that?" Sirius voices again and I sigh at the question. I didn't want to tell anyone about what my mom had told me but in the end I knew I could never keep a secret from Sirius or the rest of the boys for that matter. No matter how hard I tried.

"My dad is having an affair with a death eater" I reply with a shrug of my shoulders and then start to giggle. It felt surreal to admit that out loud but now that I'm doing it, it makes me laugh.

"Your dad is having-" Sirius's voice wavered and I lifted my head to see his shocked face that caused me to laugh even harder. He in return started to laugh as well. His chest vibrating and his eyes closing as he tried to catch his breath.

"Merlin my family's a pack of death eaters and your father is shagging one!" He barked out through his laughter that caused me to snort loudly. Thus setting us off into another round of loud laughs and teary eyes.

"Good morning baby girl" James mumbled tiredly as he placed a kiss to my cheek and sat down beside me at the Gryffindor table.

"Good morning handsome" I giggled and set my mug of tea down on the table as I gestured for James to face me.

His glasses were crooked as usual, his hair messy but in a way only my James could pull off. His hazel eyes were half hidden by his eyelids as he sleeping rested his left elbow on the table and placed his cheek in his palm. It was the same every single morning he came to the great hall. He was half asleep, his uniform thrown on and his bag a heap on the floor with books and loose pieces of parchment everywhere.

My hands automatically went to the red and gold tie that lay around his neck undone. He obviously had just thrown it around his neck and left the dorm. I was quite shocked Remus hadn't stopped him and done it for him. But this is why I was here. I looked after him and in return he looked after me.

"What am I? Your mother?" I cooed jokingly to the raven haired boy who smiled cheekily at me as I started to work on his tie for him. His eyes were open now and full of mischief. The hazel sparkled in the golden sunlight that streamed from the many windows in the great hall and I was reminded that I would need to add another piece of parchment to the mason jar that sat in the dorm. The jar was filled with tons of little pieces of parchment, each one a different reason why I loved James Potter. Today's just happened to be 'His eyes'.

"My mother? No baby I think you have mistaken the roles here" James chuckled and leaned closer to me, his lips by my ear as I stopped working on his tie for a second and held my breath at how close he was to me.

"I'm your daddy" He spoke huskily in my ear and my grip on tightened on his tie as he tried to lean away from me. He raised a eyebrows daringly at me and looked between my face and the grip I had on his tie.

Without a word from me I leaned forward and place a kiss to his lips. He moaned softly against my lips, his hands coming up to cup my cheeks as he pulled me closer to his body. He was warm, the taste of spearmint lingering on his lips from what I assumed was his toothpaste and I loved it.

My grip on his tie tightened, trying to pull my boy closer to me which I knew was physically impossible since he was nearly on top of me as it was and we were in the middle of the great hall but I didn't care. All I needed was James and that was exactly what I was receiving.

"Fuck you Sirius Black!" James and I broke apart from our kiss and looked down the table where a fuming Marlene stood glaring at a cereal covered Sirius.

Oh no

My eyes widened and my hands left James' tie to grab his hands which he took in his and entwined our fingers.

"What the fuck just happened?" James asked rhetorically as Marlene continued to shout at an embarrassed and sympathetic looking Sirius.

"I think padfoot just broke up with Marlene" I cringed and bent down to grab my bag as James did the same thing.

"I'll take Marlene and you take padfoot?" I suggested as we started to move down the table and towards where the used to be couple were starting to break apart.

"Yeah and I'll meet you in charms?" James suggested

"Sounds like a plan. I'll see you later" I replied and placed one last kiss to James' lips before I departed and made my way to a crying Marlene McKinnon.

"Fawn!" I stopped in my tracks and turned to look at a third year slytherin who was running towards me. He was tall for only being thirteen, with blonde hair and green eyes that I'm sure melted the third year girls around him. He sent me a small smile and extended his arm out to me which held a letter.

"Do I know you?" I asked in confusion and took the letter out of the hands. The younger boy smirked and sent me a wink.

"Nope" he replied and turned around running back to his group of friends. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion and looked down at the letter in my hands before I shoved it into my bag and made my way over to the crying blonde.

It was only 8:15 and this morning has already been way to eventful
